After being in a difficult , further treated horribly by “Eric ( Mgr) at the West Covina, Big O tires, in West Covina
Stating “ If you want a free service, you must have the paperwork of the warranty “
( it is NOT free ! It’s a paid Warranty !) i also informed Eric “You could verify the product by just looking at the tire”
I asked for the owner Name Eric hesitated to give it to me, additionally did not know the owners last name. I gave Eric my telephone number and requested a phone call from “Chris the owner, which was UNSUCCESSFUL !
I then Phoned , La Mirada, Big O tires requesting help.
Raymond immediately accessed the situation with the sense of calm, invited My Family member to location for tire repair. Stating
“ of course the warranty is not difficult to obtain. I can contact Cypress location for original purchase, which is no big deal. We can confirm what type of warranty or even if there is roadside service , We will take care of the situation, We can help no problem, Sorry that that happened to you”!
On Thursday, August 28, 2024 Raymond accommodated my family members the tire was repaired. He confirmed the warranty was valid.
Delivered excellent customer service with kindness THANK YOU Raymond for making a difference.

“Joe is the man. He helped me get my crankshafts refurbished and polished up for rebuilding some engines. After installed the crankshaft is spun so easy you could tell the job was done right. I will be back here to get more work done asap.”

“Currently low gas prices, while not being crowded either. I actually thought they were closed. All signs indicating the company name were covered, so they appeared to be in the middle of a company change over. I'm still not sure what company I officially bought from (Mobil, Exxon, other?). The price was 10 to 40 cents less than the going rate however (I use premium).”
