Came by to get E85 gas, I noticed the pump handle was leaking gas so I moved to another pump and finished getting gas. Then I decided to let the worker know about the leak so it could be fixed and he immediately starts accusing me of lying since I moved my car to a different pump. Told him I didn't want a refund just for it to get fixed and left. I'd rather go out of my way to get gas elsewhere than go here.

I was trying to redeem a scratcher around 9:10 today and the cashier said it was closed. I tried get clarification on what the guy said because I did not understand his English, he just repeated himself and went back to talking to his coworker. I don't like coming to this location because how rude the cashiers can be.I will not return to this location again

The employees are very helpful normally. Tonight the horribly designed card readers at the pump by Invenco finally worked. I know the employees have been trying to get these fixed for a very long time. It makes me so happy. Note to stations: Invenco seems as reliable as a McDonalds ice cream machine. Avoid them.

Rudest middle eastern cashier ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in and "simply" asked how can I purchase a propane gas tank? This grumpy cashier (wearing a mask under his chin) semi yelled at me and said credit or cash? I said credit card. He said NO! CASH ONLY!!! So I walked out thinking maybe he's not sure if I meant gasoline or propane. I walked in again and kindly asked if he meant propane gas. He then yelled at me with his arms wide open gesture and said : I JUST SAID CASH ONLY!!! DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM?!!!!! (as if he wants to start a fight). Of course I walked out as a normal person and feeling confused. Do not come to this gas station!!!!! If you don't want my business thats fine! But don't be a rude a***********

I just started using this ampm Arco cuz It's easy to get in and out of plus roomy parking if you need to stop into the market. it's on a corner by my house is also a plus! it's a fantastic stop for the neighborhood to get affordable gas with no hassle and snacks occasionally. My only gripe is that they have hand sanitizer dispensers by the pumps but they are never filled. If you're going to have them up put sanitizer in them otherwise take them off so that we don't touch them expecting to get sanitizer and instead get germs that we now need to wipe off with something in our own car. Otherwise you're doing great!

The store looks open & the doors were open at 2am, but the employee doesn’t let you in & says they are closed. I saw him stand at the front & turn other people away too. I asked what time they opened & he doesn’t answer...? If you want gas, they are open, but not the “in”convenience store. I called to try to get an answer & the man does my know how to speak on the phone. Not a competent employee in my eyes... We are a 75+ crew working on Beach Blvd during the night & we’ve been going a little further up the road to Chevron (about a quarter mile so not too far). If your trying to go here between 10pm - 5am, just go to Chevron. :)

This place has NO security at their gas pumps, the side of mine completely popped off and someone could so easily put a card scanner in there.

Rude rude man behind the counter, don't know what I did to offend him. Gave him $25 for gas and one of my bills had a corner that was taped, he just put it back on the counter and said "$24" and looked at me. It's fine if you don't want my taped 1 dollar bill but at least say something like "sorry I don't want to take this because it had been torn" or something instead of just "24" and a blank face. It was just a dollar bill who cares if it's got a little tape on it? Then I go up the street and turn on Imperial and I see 76 station and it was a few cents cheaper and then a Shell and it was cheaper too!!! So don't assume you are going to be getting a good price like most other Arco's
