Not worth it. Prices are too high here. Quality doesn't look that good and they don't even go by what they have advertised on their website. Next place here I come.

Called and spoke to someone very nice on the phone and he himself seemed helpful, but I think he was just the receptionist. I was told to email and that the person/s receiving the email would help me with my issue. Emailed and no one got back to me. Called back and no answer. They get back to me days later after I've already taken my business elsewhere and where I get replies in a timely manner. Need better communication with customers.

My friends and I ordered customized sweaters for a surprise birthday event. I was able to coordinate with 365 and sent over the image we wanted to be printed on hooded sweatshirts. This part of the surprise was planned last minute and I felt bad that I would have to request a rushed order. However, when I received my quote, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the order would be prepared! I sent in the image towards the end of the workday and it was ready to be picked up the day after! I was in the area so pick-up timing worked in my favor versus if I had to opt for delivery - so plan accordingly. Needless to say, everyone was very happy with the pricing of the printed hoodie and the print quality! Will definitely be requesting their services again in the future.

Good fast service definitely will keep coming back. Everyone is very friendly. They get orders out in a reasonable time I'm very happy I found 365 custom printing.

They charged me for my order and never sent it. When I emailed about it they gave me the run around and would not answer the question. I will never order again. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

So.... I recently started my own Graphic T-shirt company and was looking around for local printers with good pricing, options and quality. My first batch of shirts were black tees DTG printed in full color. They edited the image a little, but nothing unforgivable. The were great shirts. I then came to them a couple months later to have 4 other graphics produced on 3 different color shirts: black, white and heather grey. Again, the black shirts were fine, however, the priniting on the white and heather gray shirts washed out 33-65% after a single wash in cold water! I was shocked! I received them on a Friday afternoon and unfortunately was unable to bring them back until Monday morning. After seeing the issue, I told them they needed reprinting as they had obviously not had enough or strong enough pretreatment (primer). Two days later got an email that they experimented and "found that the issue was the curing time" (time and temp under a heat press or in a drying machine). Untrue. If there isn't sufficient pretreatment, heating it up ain't gonna do a damned thing. So... I hauled hundreds of shirts home knowing it wasnt honna work and washed samples of each to find I was unfortunately correct. I was issued a full refund for the shirts I returned (after 2 trips). Do you have any idea how challenging it is to sell only black t-shirts at an event when its 103 degrees?!? I am certain my lack of sales is in part their fault. I like Eugene a lot. She put up with a lot of my craziness but I am looking elsewhere for any future DTG and on demand printing needs.
