What kind of gym forgets to pay their wifi bills?
Update: its been over 2 weeks with no wifi. The one and only water station is broken. What a joke of a facility— i brought up the issues to management and the only response i get is “i dont know when its going to be fixed”

No problem with the gym itself but the manager is passive aggressive and talks down to people. It feels like he doesn't even want you there.

Unsafe, dirty, and machines/equipment are constantly broken. Trainers here are unenthusiastic and will not care for your form and how you execute your workouts.
This gym allows gang members to wear their gang-related shirts and apparel in groups without any regard to possible safety issues. “Mongols”, “F* 81”, “1%er” shirts are visible almost every day. Good thing theres no hell’s angels gang members that work out here bc there would have been a brawl, maybe even a shootout.
Equipments are constantly broken and never fixed. Ive seen a machine remain broken for over 6months despite my requests to fix & alerting the front desk.
This gym also has the worst shower heads and faucets— they all have a stupid low-flow nozzle that barely deliver any water… i can PEE faster than these faucets and shower heads.
Sauna is unisex and barely accommodates 8-10 people. Constantly packed like sardines in a can.
The trainers here are unethusiastic and unhelpful with their training sessions. Barely any instruction and support for form check and execution. Save your money and dont sign up for these sessions.
The only good thing about this gym is the price and location.

This is one of the cleaner facilities with equipments in nicer conditions than the rest. It’s decently large. Usually packed but doesn’t smell weird. 100% recommended.

I had a session with Trainer Joyce Y Kim, and she is a Korean trainer who was very kind and considerate. If you find it a bit difficult to receive training in English, I highly recommend her. She was really great. Joyce님 추천합니다 ㅎㅎ

Manager Jared and staff members are very unprofessional, immature, threatening & confrontational. Immediately cancelled my membership! Horrible customer service.

The manager Jared has to be the worst to represent Golds Gym, So unwelcoming & is why this gym has been loosing their great staff, makes me not even want to go to this gym ever again.

Nice size gym, clean, good selection of equipment. Has hot tub, pool, steam.

Cool gym but the fees and cancelation is almost criminal
$80 cancelation fee
And within 30 days you have too pay another month of membership.

I moved from Flutton Gold Gym to Gold Gym in Beach the other day. At that time, the employee clearly said he didn't need the money. But 49 dollars was paid from my bank account. Please explain why this happened.

So sad! Loved that they offered body step two times a week as this is the format I choose. However, they canceled the classes for good! Now not a body step class is offered at all. Really? If the time wasn’t productive change it. Don’t cancel it. I guess I can look on the bright side …now I won’t have to deal with the terrible parking and poor management. I’ll stick with Fullerton GG.
