Did not install any accessories they said would and didn’t include cable lock from manufacturer even after several request and follow up email. I’d expect better when paying top dollar as their prices are mostly MSRP or higher.
Changing to 1 star because they have made zero effort to rectify the situation. Being lame considering I spent about $2500 there. A true inspiration to buy online going forward.

Excellent and Professional Staff. Always a good experience with them. I used to live 1hr 45min from their shop. Now it's closer to 3.5 hrs with traffic. We'll worth the drive though.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pre-ordered the new SIG from them when I was supposed to be down in that area for the month. When that didn’t work out, they refunded my order completely super standup group of people. Can’t wait to be down there just to go buy something from them.

Highly recommend this shop. I had some issues while building my AR and so I took it in. Within minutes they identified the problem and fixed it for me at no charge. Will definitely come back in the future! Thanks Ian

Great staff, very accommodating and reasonable with a special eye on quality lots of sales generally as you approach the entrance, there is a list of cool items at a reduced cost and if they don’t have what you want they will order it for you. Great service.

It was my 1st time shopping at WBT. I had an awesome experience shopping here. Great place get questions answered or purchase your next fire arm. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will assist you in anyway. Highly recommended store.
