I first stopped at this branch to see about having 2 items taken care of 1) adding my wife to my account 2) opening up a small businesses account. I was told I needed an appointment. So I tried another branch, with same outcome...no worries that's how it it, you have to make an appointment.The second branch made the appointment online for me...which ended up being at the first branch I initially went to off of lake Murray Blvd. He confirmed that he made the appointment for the 2 things I needed taken care of .Appointment day, the lake Murray branch took care of the 1 item. Adding my wife to the account. But was told that they could not do the other item, opening up a small business account because the appointment was not set up correctly and could take about 1.5 hours and that they have appointments set up every half hour.Let her know that is not my problem that the bank did it wrong, and that I took off the day from work to get this don.All she did was repeat that they are all booked up for the day and can't help me open up my business account .Apparently being a loyal customer fro 2010 doesn't mean anything..I can see why this branch is sitting at 2.5 StarsWent with my wife's suggestion and made an appointment with Bank of America to open up my business account...and will also move all our accounts over as well.Jan 9 1:33 PM editOnly editing to add I was able to get a same day appointment and was able to open up the account with BOA with no hassle, and the bankers was very polite and helpful

Being that I'm 6'2 290lbs, packing and from Texas it didn't bother me too much but the fact that there's a criminals sleeping right in the parking lot while people are in the branch and ladies are trying to use the ATM machine just doesn't seem right... obviously not the branch for me

I've been a customer since 2017. Cashiers are really good. The rest of the departments are useless. They are nor working, not helping. I've stopped few times with the loan questions and the standard answer is that they don't provide that service anymore. At the same time there are so much information on the website. About auto loans, mortgages and the rest of the stuff. I've even called hot line and spoke with representative. He was really surprised when heard of my experience with this office. 2 stars only for cashiers, the rest of the staff do not deserve even 1 star.

Dealt with Branch Manager to assist me with requirements for escrow. She asked me if I had access to online banking and that I could access the document through there. We are moving and have no printer currently so I came into branch thinking they could help. She printed my document but proceeded to cut off a section I needed. I understand if she legally can’t provide me with that but the lack of friendly customer service is alarming for a branch manager.

Went to do some banking during business hrs, door was locked, other patrons were walking away, the lady inside we're closed, go to another location.....really....no more..I'm done

This branch has the worst customer service! Not only that, but they randomly close and just hand a sign on the door. Only thing consistent with this location is disappointment.

This branch is shady, customer service sucks, you walk in and look at the employees and they look at you as if you are not welcome. Few times I went it was closed, and had a sign saying plz call this number, Wells Fargo was supposed to professional. Terrible. Never had such a bad experience at the bank.

The personal banker was very polite when I called in to make an appointment to fulfill a requirement to show my ID to reopen an account. Out of continued concerns for Covid, I asked whether I needed to be inside the bank the entire time, or if I could just show my ID and they could do the rest by phone. He said that if I had Covid concerns, he would close the door to his office so we would be in a closed off, isolated space for the approximate 30 minutes that it would take. Since he was proposing that we be isolated in a closed office, I asked him whether he was vaccinated. He replied that he was not (at time of writing, this is 4 weeks since everyone has had the availability to the vaccine). I couldn't comprehend how this would be an attractive solution to my concerns. I understand if you are making a choice to not be vaccinated, but please don't propose to someone who is at high risk for Covid, that they be in an enclosed space for an extended period of time with you.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. I had the opportunity to deal with the Branch Manager, Maria today on the phone. My father, who is 83 and has dementia ,was in the branch trying to deposit two checks from an insurance claim. The branch had previously deposited checks from the same insurance company and the same claim, but today Maria decided it wasn't worth the risk. I traditionally bank with USAA as a military veteran and their customer service is exceptional. My father, also a military veteran will be moving all of his Wells Fargo accounts to USAA due to Maria's lack of caring, understanding and regard for elderly military veterans. I am ashamed for Wells Fargo and have subsequently sold all of my WFC shares. If you like customer service, find another bank.
