I came in on Saturday last week. I waited in the sitting area for 1 1/2 hours! I was told there was no one to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. I called the bank 4 times earlier that day, and NOBODY answered the phone. It was so strange how difficult it was to get help. I don’t understand. I had to leave as I was in the non contagious stage with a mask on, and I had the worst migraine from the Covid. It was necessary to come in and get the help I needed, to cash out my Ira. After an 1 1/2 hour I couldn’t take it anymore, the lady said come back Monday. So here I am today. And they told me there’s nobody to help me, so to sit down and wait, again. I asked the teller how long this time as I have Covid and I can’t sit here for another 1 1/2. She got snotty and told me I shouldn’t be here if I have Covid. I told here I’m on day 9 and I’m not contagious, and I’m wearing this mask for your protection. And now I’m sitting here waiting. This place is aweful, no wonder this branch has terrible reviews and scores. I just got helped by the most kindest person here at the branch named Michael. He apologized profusely for what’s happened. And he did so good. He’s really a number one employee in my book!

Absolutely terrible service. I couldn’t even open an account, because they didn’t have a banker available to sign me up and even if they did, they wouldn’t be able to give me a debit card today. Avoid this place they arent nice and don’t care about you.

I love that this location is still open on Saturday. Yes there may be a line but they are as efficient as they can be. Just because you think it should only be 5 minutes per person for customer service that is not the case. Especially when they only have a few tellers open. Still the best location because they are 1of 2 San Diego Wells Fargo’s that are open on Saturday.

I was at the branch today at 12 pm and there was a young female teller who had the worst costumer service ever! So rude!

Don't go in to bank much anymore unless I'm cashing a check. Always nice employees in person and on the 800 customer service line. Best bank...Been a happy customer for years ??Love Jack ..the dog story!!????

Been banking here for 25 years and never had any issues.Great, helpful staff, lots of locations and satellite ATMs ? ? ?.Doing what great banks do!!Show me the MONEY ????.

Don't waste your time banking here and you need to bring your photo ID to make a deposit as well. They are very unhelpful!

I wish I could give them 0 star.The bankers have no respect to client's time. They do not have the understanding and perception of people time and resources.We did have an appointment for 10:30 am and the lady asked us to wait a little more while helping the previous customer.They were sitting there joking and laughing loudly while we were still waiting for them to accommodate us.So rude and irresponsible.I heard about their fake accounts and scandal history and I see today how they treat people in reality.No no no

Woefully understaffed. Very long lines at all times. Manager doesn’t care when was spoken to about persistent issues with staffing and wait times (she said to use an ATM, ridiculous). Avoid this location at all costs.

Every time I come to this location in Grossmont Center I regret it. They are woefully understaffed. I spoke with the manager about the very long wait times and her response was it's normal and to use ATMs. This is pathetic. I asked another suited worker to get extra help and he said he didn't even work at the bank - supposedly he was on the investments side, but was uninterested in even attempting to get someone that could help. Stay far away from this location.

THE WORST employees. I went in 11/22 around 1pm and it wasn't that busy but it took so long because of how slow the employee was. I didn't get her name but she was the first teller on the left said with braces. She was speaking to a customer the whole time I was in line about her teeth out loud. The lady in-front of me said she's been waiting for 20 mins and they're still talking. The lady behind me was an elderly waiting. While I was there I witnessed 3 people walk out because of how long it was taking. I spoke up and let her know there's people waiting and we have places to be, for example the lady infront of me was on her lunch break! And she continued to stand there with the customer and have a conversation about their teeth problems. Very inconsiderate for an employee. By the time I left they were still there talking. Unprofessional and rude! Get better employees Wells Fargo!!

Yes I was there on Monday morning getting a check put into bank account/ very prompt and courteous teller the bank manager Mellisa was very cheerful and wish me a great day. It makes your day when someone goes out of their way to be nice to you thank you Wells Fargo
