Currently on hold and have surpassed 10 minutes of such. The customer service is unpleasant. There seems to be no sense of urgency. My provider ordered an inhaler for me on a Thursday, they did not have it available. When asked when it would be available I was told Friday 1day after the expected ETA. I had not received a call on Friday so I reached out and faced a prolonged hold greater than 10 minutes. When I finally reached the pharmacy tech, I was told they forgot to order it and if he ordered it now it would arrive on Tuesday. I asked if there was another Vons that had my medication in stock and was told that I could attempt to call every Vons in the area to find it but they can’t help me. Overall a completely unprofessional experience and I do not appreciate the lack of effort provided by the pharmacy tech I spoke with. I am disappointed that they had no solution for me to obtain my prescription. Very disorganized and flippant regarding a matter that shouldn’t be treated as such.

Von's has always provided a pleasamt shopping experience. Store is clean, well-stocked, has reasonable prices, and courteous employees...like Jerri T. who is exceptionally kind & caring to her
customers, all of us, including me. I am partially disabled & her help
is deeply appreciated. Thank you, Jerri.

This pharmacy blows camel d*cks. The ladies are rude af. It's never open on time. The lady literally said, "we'll open when we open..." I Hate this place. I'm actively looking for another pharmacy. 0/10 I dont recommend. I'd rather just keep having hives than get my medication, and would almost rather have another kid than go pick up my wife's birth control from here. This pharmacy is like the butthole of San Diego. It even smells terrible.

The ones working at the Pharmacy are very helpful and professional. They greet you and if there is a problem with my perscription they help to solve it.
