GREAT SERVICE FOR USA PASSPORT
I made the appointment through the website, don't be afraid of the lines, if they respect the appointment time, just wait for them to say your name. Friendly service and processing in less than 5 minutes if you have already printed everything and completed the form. They also took my photo and I paid with a debit card by purchasing the Money Order. ?Yes, they can attend without an appointment for the procedure, but it will take much longer, that is why there are lines.

This has to be one of slowest, worst post office locations I have ever been too. Most Post offices have horribly slow service as it is, but this one takes the cake for not giving a damn about customers time. You’ll have 10 people waiting in line with just one worker up front, I mean how and why is this allowed to happen? Plus they close too early on Saturdays and if you’re someone that works late, good luck getting your mail after hours throughout the week, because it’s not gonna happen. Before you could get your mail whenever you wanted, even if it was at 10 pm, the access doors used to be open to you, not anymore. The homeless and druggies took advantage of that, and screwed it up for the rest of us.

I would go there on a regular basis but stopped going because of their worker named Jessica. My clients usually ask me to take a picture of the envelope as it goes to the Government agencies and she didn't allow me to take a picture of the envelope. Other workers are very frinedly and would allow me to do so but this lady is very disappointing. then came several times after this and still same attitude. Try to leave the office once i see her and never recommend anyone to go there when she is there.

Reporting an incident with Postal Office employee "Dave", which occured on Monday March 25, 2024 @ 4:48 pm. I was waiting in line like everyone else when he pointed to the gentleman in front of me and loudly shouted "you are the last person in line". Was I invisible? I asked what about me, and he ignored and carried on tending to work. All other customers were white caucasian, and I was the only colored Indian ... I mean at 4:48 pm, this man arbitrarily decided who he was going to tend to. There is no notice anywhere that post office closes at 4:48 pm or "someone" decides who in the waiting line is the last person. Are we living in the dark ages? Are there locks in the building? Is there a system that makes any logical sense to cut off a line because an employee choses to do so? This is absurd ... a Federal Employee should be ashamed of himself conducting in this manner. Get some education on work ethics and customer service. We, the public ARE paying your salaries mind you!!! It was an important mailer for me or I would have ignored this incident. Supervisors TAKE A NOTE!!!

One of their workers Jessica is very rude. If you are not white she will talk down on you. Horrible office to go to.

Worst customer service undeserving of even 1 star. 2 women that work in the morning act like they hate you and their job.
No eye contact..barely an acknowledgement of your presence and then speak in an inaudible mumble, never a smile. "Work me long but can't work me hard" mentality. How do these people get hired????

I havent been getting my mail in a few days. I put in service requests, no response. I went down to the office and the employees are rude and very unprofessional.Apparently they do not know where any of mail my is. My mails shows up on informed delivery and they dont know where it is.Its very frustrating and I need to figure out how to raise this issue!!!!!!!!

They always take long to put out packages. Though they seem to have a lot of free time & they’re very on & off about whether ur package will be put out that same day or not (which it used to be in my past experiences). Some of us come from far away just to be told the package won’t be put out til later. I suppose it should be put out if it’s open hours. I never know when I should drive all the way down here to pick up a package because I haven’t had a seamless delivery/package here in over a year. Don’t know if the process was changed overtime but it’s become apparent that it is very inconvenient to get anything sent here at this point due to the fact they have also lost track of a few of my packages. Plus the customer service is always awful on top of that so don’t expect any assistance .
