It's not a "normal" post office. They charge more than the regular post office. I spent a half hour looking for the place because my GPS took me on a wild goose chase up Cenrer Dr. a few times. LOOK for COPY-IT OFFICE SUPPLIES which is the sign in front. USPS is there also but didn't stand out like a "normal" post office. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!

SANDI at the Mailing Services Counter was EXTREMELY Rude & Disrespectful! No Smile or Kindness, Just Anger and Venom. Clearly Hates her job after apparently being fired from the post office and angry she has to now work here.WARNING! AVOID utilizing Mailing Services at COPY IT. They ARE NOT the USPS Post Office at ALL!They just mail things but charge a HUGE surcharge! Sandi told me to mail my small package would be $20. Went to the actual Post office and a very kind woman named Michelle helped me ship it for $12. Postage is already expensive. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!Greg the "Manager" who I brought up Sandi's unprofessional behavior to did nothing to resolve the issue and was spineless. Sad to think so many people waste their money here when you can get better service for less elsewhere!

Copy It is simply the best. The quality of printing is outstanding on everything I have had printed by them. They are fast, and they're customer service is incredible. Dont print anything anywhere else.

I needed a printing job. Went to UPS store and that was a failure. Copy it knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Recommend for any print jobs.

I went in with a pre paid return package. All I needed was the woman working to scan it in and give me a receipt. She could not get the bar code to scan so she told me to take a photo of the package and just leave it. She told me that there was no other option. I have had 5 packages lost in the last two years by USPS so I told her no. I left and went to a different USPS. They also could not scan it, but they did type in the tracking and were able to give me a receipt. I don't know what the problem was with the woman pictured, but she refused to do her job and wasted my time and money. It is infuriating how incompetent people at USPS have become and that there are no consequences for it.

Needed a set of plans made quickly and they came through. 30 minutes after making my request online they were ready. The website was user friendly, making it very easy for me to upload my files and they emailed when they were ready. Nice breath of fresh air from the company I used previously.

The mail lady here is the sweetest and deserves a raise. I go in there often with random items to mail. She is always helpful in finding the right box to save me money with shipping.

I needed 6 sets of house plans printed and my local Office Depot always had issues with machine. I got on the Copy-it website and 5 min later had my prints on the way. Super easy to navigate and download pdf . Prints came packaged perfect and they look perfect Great company. Thanks

I often have print jobs that need to be completed in a pinch and the Copy-It staff is always helpful and gets the job done!! I've happily printed banners, flyers, branded table covers, and open house signs with them.

I love going here whether it's to drop off packages, get things shipped or even when I once got photos printed. It's always been a positive experience and the people here are so kind, caring and hard working.
