The location is convenient and has great customer service. I've used the notary, returned packages, bought boxes and supplies, and shipped out small christmas presents. Above and beyond, they did an amazing job helping me with packing and shipping when I unexpectedly had to ship my uncle's art collection and personal items across the country. I had no clue what I was doing, and the staff including Raina and the Manager Omar were patient, so kind and innovative in coming up with solutions for packing awkward or heavy items and working with me to help keep the costs down. They made it easy on me, even though I knew it was a ton of work for them to package everything and get it shipped out. So impressed and thankful for their help!

I started sending packages here when UPS Delivery Service became too unreliable for my liking.These guys here are Friendly. Professional. And exceptionally awesome!!! Every time.

Lost my overnight package. According to UPS it never left the store.Update: I put in a claim with UPS who found the package and delivered it a week late. The delivery was time sensitive, so I had to replicate the package and personally drive it to it's destination. The one that eventually got delivered by UPS was worthless and ended up in the shredder. I bumped my rating to 2 stars because UPS did find and deliver the package. Just in 7 days instead of the 1 day promised.

Raina and her on duty leader were very helpful with ensuring I had the right packaging, they helped me with options for shipping, and went above and beyond to ensure I had excellent customer service. I went in not knowing what I needed to ship to 3 different addresses and Raina was patient and just overall AWESOME.

This is an exceptional store especially because of one particular employee named Joseph who provides the best customer service and is always very efficient and knowledgeable. I always wanted him to get recognition but the receipts never provide a customer feedback survey option so I was told using Yelp helps. Store manager, please recognize Joseph for always exceeding expectations. All the employees are kind and considerate as well. I can trust this UPS store and to date, none of my shipments have ever had an issue and I send tons of items. Also the store is clean, organized and now I hear there is also an Amazon self return kiosk which is also great Thanks again!

AWFUL service. I forgot an item in my return package and noticed it maybe 30 minutes after I had already left the UPS store. So I go back up there to let them know that I forgot one of my items in my return and asked kindly if they could just add it to my return package. The ladies at the front desk said that they are not sure which one is my package and that they cannot do anything about it, that I need to call the company that I purchased from. I told her that I have already spoke with customer service before coming here and they told me that my package has not yet been sent out and that I can just come back up here to add it to my package. I asked if they could find my package with my receipt or my tracking number or anything that they may possibly need and they said no. They printed out a shipping label to return with from my phone originally. I do not see how they would not be able to find the label on a box that matches the label that I had on my phone in which I originally printed out for them to stick on the package to send out. I’m extremely upset right now and just want to let everybody know that this type of behavior is unacceptable.
