Just want to give compliments to the whole staff at this UPS store. They get you in and out- rarely a wait. They are super efficient and NICE ! Which is so hard to find these days. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF? YOU ARE THE BEST AND I appreciate you all.

Every time I walk in to the store I'm greeted immediately by at least 2 happy employees!
The guys help me get the info I need off of my phone and are fast and so helpful. I truly feel they are glad I'm there and know how fast I want to be done! Less than 5 minutes I'm leaving the store with my reciept and waving goodbye. Thank you for all your help!
Looking at the other reviews here it seems the employees are wonderful. The problems have been closing too early or opening too late.
To remedy, come later mornings and avoid coming close to closing time.
You can have great employees but not honoring posted hours will negate all that goodness!

Outstanding store which provides superb customer service. Management and staff always very helpful and professional. The employees are exceedingly patient, especially with 'seasoned ( not senior) citizens' who might not know all the nuances of Amazon returns, submitting claims and the like. If you want to know how to run a highly effective and productive business, this UPS store sets the example for all others.

It is very fast and convenient to ship something off, or if you don't have your shipping label, they have something there to reprint it. 24 hour mailboxes as well!
