This was our old Union Bank which we liked very much and most of the old staff are still there. This is a great branch, very modern (cause it’s a brand new building) and comfortable. Staff have been great! I was afraid that once it went to US Bank it would be impersonal but that didn’t, they are great!

I've had good experiences at this bank. I was a member of Union Bank, and now am with US Bank which took over. Most of the same people work there. They've always been nice and courteous to me. I don't doubt that some people have unique incidents (whether right or wrong), but I want to know about the totality of a bank. For the most part, are they good? I've been coming to this Union Bank/US Bank for about 3 years. Never had a single bad moment.

Terrible customer service. My son has a check from their institute and because he doesn't have a california ID or current passport, he can not cash it. My son has a government issued global/sentri card but that doesn't qualify. They offered no solution at all. Do not open any accounts at this bank unless you wanted to be treated poorly.

My bank recently merged with this bank and the transition was not smooth so I had to go into a branch to get access to my business account. I waited what seemed like forever to see the business relationship manager, but was probably about 10 minutes. I was happy to see his customers leaving as I was clearly the only person waiting on him. And as expected he came directly to me but not for the reason I expected. He came to tell me he was taking another person before me. This other man was standing at the teller who was motioning to the business bank manager. The banker warmly greeted this man who was quite obviously more important than I was. Eventually, I got help from another banker located at the next booth, where I got to listen to the two men chit-chatting in farci. It's a good ol' boys club on the business side of "relationship management" at the Mesa branch of formerly UnionBank, now US Bank. Never was I ever treated like that at my previous bank.
