I am a newbie to the TCG universe and I always go in to just see what they have for inventory. When I say Tubbys has cares about the customer, I really mean it. Whenever I go into Tubbys they always make the customer first and the money second. Businesses need to make money, but the guys at Tubbys care more about getting the customer what they want rather then upsell to make more money. I go to a lot of local card shops and Tubbys always makes me feel like they arent trying to make money off of me. They truly care about the customer and will always give them my business.

Great experience. I’m not a Pokémon person but brought in Pokémon cards for pricing and was treated very nicely and respectful. Highly would recommend and I’ll even go back and buy some Pokémon cards soon. Thank you Tubby TCG.

Pleasant interaction with the owner and had a lot of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Went in to sell some cards but it was in neither parties interest. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definetly would suggest for all your Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh needs. Definetly the best shop for that in San Diego area.

Great tcg shop, very fair prices with a decent selection. Owner was very engaging, helped us out quickly and was very friendly. Out of the 5 or 6 shops I stopped at in the area this shop was my favorite. Whenever I visit San Diego this is where I’m going. Highly recommend it if you are into pokemon, mtg, yugio or one piece. Thanks for the good vibes Tubby.
