I called them & Angel waived an extra day because of my situation. Upon checkout, Penske’s front desk staffs were friendly & made the checkout inspection a breeze! “The personnel at the office on Sunday morning when I picked up my rental truck. There was an error on the web page. Depression corrected it. When I was supposed to return the truck I wanted to get another day. No questions asked he got me extension of another day. The only issue that I have with the budget truck a rough ride. But security in the smile that I got dismissed the rough ride when I returned the vehicle”

“Was going to get a U-Haul until I found out they have a new policy requiring them to: call (2) friends or references, call your work, copy your passport, or copy your lease agreement. This is apparently now done to ensure their trucks get returned. I will never rent from U-Haul again. Penske was a hassle free process from beginning to end. Good customer service from Home Depot employees and the trucks are MUCH newer and nicer than U-Haul for the same price. Power mirrors, windows, and locks. All my future moving truck rentals will be from Penske.”

“The crew here is very professional and helpful. I got in and out quickly and without issues. The truck was clean and not beat up. The only issue I have Is there was no ramp. When i asked about it on return I was told it was available for 15 foot and above trucks. I rented the 10 foot. I dont understand why that is because I still had large items to move just not as many that would need a 15 foot truck.”
