This shop is family owned and operated and i couldn’t be more pleased with the value they bring to their customers. I immediately took both cars to the shop , a subaru and acura for preventive maintenance . Jeff had told me in advanced how much the estimates were and if our cars didn’t need anything additional it wouldn’t make sense to charge me for it. I really appreciate his integrity and being forward with me. Lastly the turn around was 2 days and cars are back on the road doing what they’re intended to. “My rear upper control arm broke suddenly on the freeway. I call AAA and they send out some group with the worst reviews I've ever read, but they cancel for no described reason, and then it got reassign to Loyal Towing.Andy called me to confirm my location, and got to me quickly. This dude is 100% the best tow driver I've ever met. He put in the car to make sure my car's bumper didn't scrape, and was friendly the whole time. I don't even think I was in their "area" but I'm so glad they got assigned to my issue.100% would use again and super happy with the experience.”

The driver Andrew was Great!!!Andrew showed up knew exactly about my ML550 Mercedes, gave me some helpful info on the car, The service ,what to expect in the future with the drive chain milage, moved around hooking it up perfectly and at the same time ,GREAT attitude, GREAT service, Five star man! They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. We were exhausted and frustrated at this point. Gabriel did not have to help us but he did. He was very professional and honest and followed through with everything he promised.
