Although this store is small and does not have the selection of the Santee location, they do a great job of offering options to the customers by being available just not visible. A lot of the workers are in the back but available for a fresh cut of meat or bakery items. The produce is always fresh, many healthy options including a robust natural health section. The bulk items are a go to and often less expensive than packaged items even at larger stores.

It's hard enough being disabled and going shopping, here the disabled parking entrance is on the side which they lock early. A few times I've had to go all the way around because of this.

Watch out for expiration dates. Bought a $10 carton of milk, took it home and the next day realized it had been expired for 4 days. Absolutely gross. Love shopping here but for the amount of money people spend here you would think the least they could do is make sure the healthy organic alternatives they're selling are still good to sell.

Sprouts has a good selection of no prep premade family sized meals. The bakery has amazing muffins. My only complaint is they don’t have soda!

I've been going to this Sprouts for years, back when it was still called Boney's! They're located in Downtown La Mesa on Spring street. They have a huge parking lot so parking has never been an issue for me. The store is always well stocked and clean. They have a rewards program now too - so be sure to sign up! Everything has always been fresh and reasonably priced - fresh bread is always available which is a major plus for me. I've never had to wait in a long line, they're appropriately staffed and everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I needed to grab some Theo bars and knew that Sprouts was one of the places that carried them. The ones I like are 85% cacao which is healthier then the ones that are lower. I also grabbed a bad of sweet potato chips which were very tasty, and some stevia. It's a good size store and laid out much differently then the one in University Heights. The workers seem friendly but I didn't speak to any of them since I did self checkout. This location has a diverse clientele which is nice to see. Good size parking lot too.

Great local resource for FRESH & health produce, baked goods, meat and vitamins. The varieties are wonderful. The store is well kept, clean and they have friendly, patient and professionally knowledgeable customer service. Thx for ALL that you do and the service that you provide for the community.

Their sandwich at deli look super sad. I wish they were little generous with their toppings. Also, they don’t know how to communicate with customers …

I try to buy less and less at Sprouts because they keep raising their prices. I buy fruit and vegetables at the 99¢ store and cheese at Vons. The people ahead of me today in line at Sprouts, a family of three, had a grocery bill of$450! ? for one cart. They must have bought cheese... Also on October 20, 2023 I bought LucyRose apples at $3.49 a pound. Two days later on October 22,2023 I went back for two more apples. They were not marked per pound and I later noticed on my receipt that I was charged $3.99 per pound. That's an increase of 50 cents per pound over a two day period for the same apples!!!
