The woman working dec 6 2023 at around 8:30 am refused to sell me drinks or gas because I only had cash .. she replied her reasoning was " most people pay with card " ... Shortly after another customer came in and paid cash and she took it ......obviously a petty broke employee

The cashiers here have the worse customer service. The girl working always eating and on her phone. Sees me waiting to be helped but continues on her phone and eat her food. She had an attitude with me like I’m bothering her or like she’s busy! IMost of the cashiers here never say hello or offer any help. If you don’t like your job then do something else or if you don’t know how to do it have a qualified team member train you. Seems like they all operate the same.

The attendant was preoccupied by speaking with another employee, didn't greet me, I had to request a receipt (he didn't ask me if I wanted one) paid $7.90, gave him $8.00, he closed the register and said "thank you". I didn't ask for s change of $0.10 because felt rather awkward but this is a very BAD service. This station is little bit out of my way but it has good prices however training is definitely needed.

I reside in La Mesa and had the most pleasant experience at our new local Speedway. The facility was clean and it had the product I was looking for. But what stood out the most was the superior customer service. I was greeted by a gentleman named Aaron. He was eager to help me, friendly, professional, and so welcoming. Thank you Speedway for hiring such a professional, gracious gentleman.
