Nicest Ladies:) I come here twice a week:) It's located right next to golden spoon and a good taco shop:) They ship everything... fed ex... usps.. ups etc:)

Everywhere online it states that this location is an authorized FedEx shipping location. Not only did I take the time to carry a huge package with no assistance offered at 9 months pregnant, just to get told that they don't have the software to print my label and ship my package. So this should not be listed as an authorized location if they can't even do what is needed to ship a package. That is false advertisement and a waste of peoples time and gas.

I've been a PO Box customer here for two years because I support local businesses. Dani has always provided me with a first rate service at a great rate.Unlike the Post Office, I know that when I go to pick up my mail and packages, I get my mail and packages no matter who is working or how long it has been since I was there last.Mention I sent you and get thirteen months for annual rental. I highly recommend this establishment because of the convenience it provides, whatever your needs.

All you need in a one stop location: Dani, the owners is just amazing at what she goes. I've had my POBOX with her last 15 years, she cares genuinely about each and everyone of her customers. Not only she will hold your packages as long as you wish but also will be there to hand them to you with a great smile. I highly recommend her for all your shipping needs.

This is the type of small business you love supporting! Great customer service! She scans all your packages right away rather than just letting them sit until later like so many other places do. You know your stuff is going to make it to the destination! This has become my favorite place to ship.

I've held onto this review for a couple of years now after using this service. I had two precious glass light covers from the 1950's I inherited from my grandmother and was moving and wanted them professionally handled and shipped. I took them here and it was during COVID so only one person was allowed in the store at a time. I wanted to wait to watch them pack it, but someone else wanted to come in and so I had to leave. When the package arrived at my sister's house as soon as she picked up the box, she knew the contents were broken. She took pictures and it was reported to Dani right away and her and another woman that was working in the back got very defensive about it and claimed to have been so careful and she looked at the pictures and with a small crumpled in corner, it was the shipper's fault, not theirs. She managed to get my money refunded and it wasn't until I finally saw the box myself that I realized how badly it was packed. There was no bubble wrap, no "peanuts" and the two pieces were not separated and were laying on top of each other. Nothing between the glass pieces! Nothing even around them except these air-filled plastic small balloon-like pieces in the corners and half of them had popped by the time the package arrived. I regret SO often that my priceless irreplaceable family heirlooms were totally ruined and I should have stayed there and watched them pack the box! That's the reason for this review at this late date, please don't bring anything that is valuable to you to them and if you do, please stay and watch them pack it so you feel comfortable that the items are secure! They seemed irritated at me coming in in tears and them having to try to get my money back.
