I came to get a car wash I paid 15 dlls the car wash machine malfunction didn’t wash my car right it it left it all soapy I go back to tell the guy about it he gave me an attitude and was yelling at me telling me it’s my fault when it was the system that messed up he wouldn’t wanna give me another car wash or my money back til I stood on business he’s that one black dude that is there in the night and morning he not professional he should get fired this happened to the person in front of me and me and the person behind me he needs more training or needs to get rid of him he needs to know how to treat customers and be respectful if I could give 0 stars I would

I asked the attendant to turn the air machine for my tires and after 10 min and telling him twice he didn't turn it on. Really bad service. Don't recommend coming here

If they're going to start closing at 11:45 every single day they should probably change their hours online which I have updated for them to the correct hours that they close. Not to mention the fact that the door's not locked and I walk in to go pay for gas you guys yell from the register " we're closed" like really cuz it says 24 hours so probably update that, fix the problem and maybe get nicer and happier people to work. The dude was a jerk and I don't understand why I would think you're closed when the sign and internet say 24 hours.

Went to a shell gas station located on Dallas Street and Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa, California within the last month. After fueling up I continued to get air in my left front passenger tire. There was an employee near the air and water station who offered to help. I gave him $2.00 in quarters and returned to my driver's seat with my door open. After filling my tire up with air he zoomed in on me sitting on my driver's side seat and kissed me on the mouth. ... My husband passed away just weeks earlier and I was wearing my wedding ring. I didn't know what to do or think so I just sped off. I left my name and number with the girl at the counter. A manager contacted me a few days ago and stated he asked "Author" about the incident. Arthur first denied it and then he stated he couldn't remember. Whatever, he will get his from my late husband I guarantee it!! ....I told the manager that I will never step in to that establishment again. He will be losing close to $1,000 a month due to this employees actions. I don't know if he's still an employee there or not.

They never have coffee made in the morning even knowing I'm coming in for coffee. Therefore forcing me to have to pay for the more expensive iced coffee. Some staff are amazing and others just don't care.

I've been here more than a few dozen times and I have to say, I've been in the store 2 times. It seems like there's more breaks taken than the store being opened. Every time I come here there's at least 5+ people waiting to be let inside the store. I get we all need breaks but it seems more often than not.

I thought customer service came first but not from this business. It was cold outside and my tire needed air so I attempted to go inside and it was locked so I proceeded to the other side when I noticed the lady worker I said can I please have some air and she said I had to wait cuz she was tired of going back and forth and she needed to finish wiping down the pumps. I understand she needing to clean the pumps but I think a customer needing assistance would come first and not last . Anyways she continued to doing what she felt came first, wiping down the gas pumps, Next time I will be sure not to stop at this gas station. I’m only giving it one star cause you have too but thumbs down all the way
