The manager this morning (Erik), was extremely unprofessional. There was an alleged mistake on my end during the carwash, which resulted in a confrontational situation with another customer.
The manager, treated me like a criminal, became extremely frustrated and let his emotions get the better of him.
He stated that if I filed a complaint nothing would happen because he is the manager.
This manager needs to be trained in customer service and situation de-escalation.

Great place to fuel up, through out my years coming to this location the cashier's have always been respectful and pleasant. They also have a car wash available and is located directly off freeway 8.keep up the good work

CAUTION when you are looking at prices. The numbers that are big and red, are not the cash price but the price when you buy a carwash. The numbers that are off to the side and smaller smaller are harder to see are the price you pay without carwash. Increase was 20 cents more.

I have been to this gas station multiple times as it is close to where I live. The attendants are nice enough and I like that it's close to the freeway. My gripe is with the car wash. This morning was the third time the car wash just stops a few minutes in. I needed to get to work otherwise I would have bitched at the attendants as it is a complete waste of money. 9$ for a literal rinse. 3rd time shame on me. I will not be back.

The big tall old man working there at night, was so rude and had a nasty attitude to me over a small misunderstanding but just made me feel bad about myself. I don’t recommend this place is you want some decent costumer service. Never coming back here again

Well, let me begin by saying this, i was driving late at night and was heading home but my car was marking it needed gas so I stopped here to get a little bit of gas because gasoline is so expensive at this time and I wanted to wait till tomorrow to go to Costco and fill my gas tank. After I paid with my card I noticed my car was still marking I needed gas and the needle didn't move at all and this was the first time it didn't move after putting a little and I thought maybe it didn't give me my gas I paid for because it happened to a family member once at a shell as well and I asked the big tall old guy working there if I could get my money back and he just gave me a nasty attitude and responded "give me my gas back" and just made me feel bad about myself, and just told me to put $40 to see if the pump will put gas or not, and instead of helping me to see how to resolve this problem or misunderstanding he just told me "what you want me to do about it." Never coming here again.

I used to live 3 blocks away from this gas station, so I used car wash pretty often. Nice wash, nice rinse. I wish they have a bit more time for drying, cause back of my car was always wet. Last time there was low water pressure, but it just happened once with me. Overall nice car what.

The guy who is working here is amazing. I've got my tire nailed and the police officer helped me to change it to a spare tire. The thing is that the doughnut was flat. So paid 25 cent to the cashier to use the pump but it disconnected me. The guy kept turned it on all the time and i was able to pump all mu tires. Thank you for your help.
