A true neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist is kind, responsive and really cares about the patients. It has been a long time since I had a good experience, let alone such a wonderful experience with a pharmacy. Will definitely be coming here again and would recommend Rancho Pharmacy to anyone who is tired of pharmacies that don't answer calls, don't answer questions and overall, just don't seem to care about their patients.

It was very clear she was there to help me and make herself available to answer every single last question I had. Overall the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I even plan on coming here for Tylenol because she was just that awesome.

Why would you go anywhere else? This pharmacy is how pharmacies should be like.. Caring, honest and compassionate. I am not just another medication fill. They absolutely made me feel loved. Thank GOD for this business being in my area. I'm never going anywhere else. They do vaccine shots, they have an amazing line of vitamins products and Skin Care line. PLUS they carry CBD products for everything!The pharmacist was so knowledgeable to boot!

Nice small pharmacy. During the week harder to make an appointment for a Covid test, due to the high demand, but found it easier on the weekends.

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs victoria crypto for helping me work from home despite being quarantined. My fiancée and I came here for rapid Covid testing after taking an at home test that it turns out was a false positive! The woman there was working hard to accommodate all of the people waiting for tests. She was amazing, professional and seemed to really care. I recommend this pharmacy 100%. I may even switch all of my prescriptions here.

I landed in San Diego on New Year’s Eve and shortly after received a call I may have been exposed to COVID. I couldn’t find testing anywhere so I went to Rancho Pharmacy and didn’t have an appointment. The lady working (by herself!) said she’ll get me tested, just be patient as she had to get to all the appointment people first. She then hustled her way car to car to test and also tell the walk-ins, I’ll get to you, I won’t go home until everyone tests. I finally got tested and she thanked us for being so kind as others had not been, which I don’t understand given how hard this woman was working. Just a classy woman and pharmacy. She deserves all the stars I can give on this review and I hope she finally got to rest on New Years.

I and my elderly father went to this pharmacy to get our vaccinations for Covid 19. We returned to get our booster shots and Fatima told us she wasn’t doing booster’s that day and to come back on a Friday. So we returned and then she said we were a week early and we would need to come back the following Friday. So we made a third trip down there and she said we would need to come back on Saturday. We kindly reminded her this was the third time we tried to get our shots and we came back when she told us to. She said we can come back again or go somewhere else. We will be going somewhere else and I suggest anyone who doesn’t want to waste their time and gas to go somewhere else as well.

Tried calling no one answered had a question because it says on Google they are no appointments as soon as I show up I only see 1 worker handling all of these ppl waiting in there car tried asking a question she just told me schedule appointment and that they dont take insurance honestly I wasnt upset I went but the service was where they dropped the ball I hope they have more help and let ppl know before hand instead of showing up looking on the site and than find out they have to pay.
