Could not recommend this gym more. I had no idea what to expect as my fitness level is on the beginner side, and I love it!! Everyone is so welcoming. The coaches are extremely helpful, they challenge you, they care about you, and they take time to touch bases with everyone during class. They also know everyone on a first babe base and I love that. It’s feels like small group personal training. If you’ve been considering trying it out, do it!!

Performance 360 hands down one of the best gym I've been to in awhile. Awesome coaches, always willing to help you with anything ,always giving Aloha and welcome you with open arms. Its a gym you come and get things done and feel better each week as you progress in your goals or just to keep you healthy and mobility.Mahalo's coaches ??

Obsessed with this gym! As soon as I heard the format, I knew it would be perfect and boy does it challenge me, but in the best way. Classes start with a strength element, usually super sets of sorts. They have an app you can track to see your progress. For example, I started at 50 pounds on my deadlift in October, and now I'm at 155 pounds in January (I do have previous training to be clear). Part of why I've made gains so quickly is because of the group element. I see how hard other people are working and it inspires me to level up. I also feel safe to do so with the trainers there to check my form or spot me if I need it. The second half of the class has conditioning elements that always whoop my butt, but by that point, I'm already well warmed up from the slower moving strength session that I'm excited to go hard (not how I ever felt when I was alone at 24 hour fitness!). I've never felt like working out would be one of the easier parts of my life, but P360 has made me genuinely love exercise in a way that I've never experienced before. If you're on the fence about your fitness and you want to see results, and if you're short (cause I need more short humans to share a bar with...) COME OUT!

Just started working out after a long hiatus and challenge anyone to give this a go.Coach Diana creates great classes. Reminds me a lot of my peak athlete / basic training years without the shouting ;)This is fun, safe and inclusive. Totally engaging.

I have been part of this gym for 3 weeks now and I love it! The trainers take time to show you the correct workout technique while providing exceptional motivation. Great upbeat music, and never disappointed after a workout. You will get results here.

I am so happy this gym opened up so close to me! I was a regular at a different group fitness style gym for about 2 years prior to going into P360, and I feel like I’ve seen a bigger improvement in my body after the first 2 months at P360 than the entire time at the other gym! The classes are challenging but fun and can be easily modified to any fitness level so you never leave a workout feeling discouraged. Plus the community is so welcoming and supportive!

I love P360 so much. Like way more than a person should love a gym. The workouts are truly excellent — no fluff, just focused on solid movements and getting stronger. Their four-week cycles are awesome, with specific focuses on each day of the week that really let you see your progression as the month moves ahead. If you’re looking to get stronger and have some great coaches while doing it, P360 La Mesa is the place to do it!

I have been a long-time P360 member, but took a few years off because I moved to La Mesa and couldn't make the trek to the beach. That is why I was so excited to see a location open in La Mesa - I'm back at it, and feeling great! What I have always loved about P360: amazing coaches who take the time to give you attention and make sure form is correct; tough, but digestible, workouts - they're usually about 35-40 minutes; clean/well-maintained facilities; good class sizes; and last, but not least, the atmosphere and community, which is one of encouragement and growth rather than egos or competition. Cannot recommend this gym enough!

I came here with a friend after not having worked out in about 9 months. I used to do a lot of different kinds of similar workouts-circuit, hiit, but after 3 kids and a back injury I've really slowed down. The workouts were simple enough but challenging, the environment was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the coaches were hands on even with a big group and the facilities were very clean and organized. I am still feeling sore 5 days later and I love it. Can't wait to go back the next time I'm in town!!

I have been a "gym rat" for 10 years. I have always lifted weights in a bodybuilding fashion. I realized I wanted a more athletic workout and decided to sign up for P360. This gym has improved my strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility. I am beyond pleased with the workouts. The coaches are great and provide so much feedback. They also do a great job of capturing the workouts and posting on social media. Keep it up P360 La Mesa!
