I want to give the loudest shout out to Martin for helping me with my battery. Auto Zone told me that it was difficult to assist me due to the year of my car, but I called O’Reily’s and Martin told me to come in and that he would check it out for me. He not only checked it out,but he got me all fixed up with the most humble and positive customer service. Thank you so much Martin for helping me. 10 stars!!!

I am not a car person, and I’m very ignorant with certain car things. Last year my headlight went out, and they helped me replace my headlight bulb and thoroughly explained how to. This year, the other headlight went out, and I was able to replace it from memory. They’re very friendly, and they are able to explain things in a way that is easy to remember. Would recommend for people who are nervous about any kind of car problems, and who are relatively uneducated about cars (like me).

This store has been a go to for me for many years for car parts and car care needs. The service is always great and above and beyond just getting a car part but always researching what other issues could be forcing the problem and making sure that the parts are always the right part the first time. The tool check out is a life saver also.

Guy working there was super young had (Hachi-Roku) model car on his register, I asked for a fuel filter, he pointed me to the garbage 3 piece ones that leak or a metal universal one. I asked if they had the fram clear one in the orange box he said "that's a walmart brand" and the gave me a blank stare. Turns out it's microguard another cheap orange box brand but instead of helping it was just bank stares and condesention. I found it myself online, pt# 33002 the worker was a waste of oxygen. Lake Murray store is exponentially better.

I came in for some new wiper blades and a part for my car and the service was very good, so much of an improvement over another nearby competitor that I felt compelled to write a review. I was assisted by the manager who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful if he'd tried. They didn't have the part I needed and they don't normally sell it but he ordered it and said it would be delivered to the store the same day. There was a discrepancy in communication that resulted in the wrong thing, and that was probably my fault, but they refunded me and were nice about it. I would definitely return again if I needed to because the service was so good. They're in a little strip mall with the animal hospital and the copy shop, there's plenty of parking and the lot is easily accessible. Also my son was impressed by the assortment of hot wheels sold here :-)

I was in desperate need of a headlight, for I had just discovered the driver side light was out. I had an amazing experience working with Tyriq. He not only found the light I needed but then to my delight offered to put it in. He demonstrated a level of customer service that is rarely given. Tyriq thank you for making my drive home safer and brighter! :)

The driver-side brake light went out on my Honda Fit. Came into this place looking for a replacement and ran into Peter at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about my car, knew exactly what I needed, and even how to replace it. I also bought a new windshield wiper for the back window, which Peter kindly installed for me as well. Thank you, Peter for being so awesome and saving this girl a trip to the mechanic.

My headlight blew out ,so after my 12 hour shift at the hospital I drove out there and the clerk was so nice to help me find the right bulb and he even helped me put it in. I wish I remembered his name. I truly appreciate his kindness that morning.
