I don't know who say that you and your team are mechanics, They charge me 500$ for let my calipers like sh*t all my brakes system didn't work even they don't know how to use tools because they let screws dancing on the road DONT LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THOSE GUYS, THEY THINK SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH MORE PROBLEMS THE WORST Evan tires are bad but you guys are winning this race CONGRATS

I went to pick up my car this Saturday 2/17, evening and was told the price was now $250. I asked how we got from a $119 to a $250. The staff member explained to me that it is their practice to charge $25 per gallon to put gas in a car. I told him I could have had Triple A come and deliver gas for free had I been made aware.Life is filled with lessons to be learned?Buyer be ware...I explained to the staff member it is better to ask/inform a client before spending a clients money in any manner beyond what was authorized and agreed upon $119.Bill $250 (with unauthorized added fuel charge of $25 × 5gls. =$125)Going forward I enourage everyone write on these documents we may sign:"CALL CLIENT BEFORE making any decisions about their money beyond what was agreed upon at time of drop off!"This is our family go to place we have multiple car serviced here. Just sharing knowledge of an experience that can be alleviated with a phone call or text to the client. I love to feel good about the service I receive and the service I render. Please always let be the one who decides how my money is invested.

They got a new customer for life. Best auto shop! I came in knowing something was off on my car and come to find out it was a bigger problem than I thought. They were honest with the time it was going to take and even helped me out the a discount. Customer service was great and they are always available over the phone.

I thought everything went great.. Until I got in my car. My glovebox was taken apart and the cover to my cabin filter was also on the floor.. today I put it back together and my cabin filter is missing! The front desk guy was nice though .

Took my car in for a brake job. When i picked it up they said I had a suspension problem. I told them it didnt have the noise when I brought it in. They rechecked their and still said I had a suspension problem. Took it to Honda and they found a loose bolt on a brake caliper. Midas paid me the service Honda fee but they should have taken owership. I spent 2 days extra getting things right.

Edit: 2 stars, my car is still squeaking and I have to find somewhere else to go.Previously a five star review, but my experience lately wasn't good. Just spent over $1,000 on maintenance including a new serpentine belt last weekend but it was squeaking a lot, so I called on Wednesday to make an appointment on Saturday (today) to bring it back in. But I was told to bring it in on Friday any time before 5:30pm so they can check it Saturday while the engine's cold. Me and my partner arrived separately (so he could drive me home) at 5:10pm Friday but they were closed already. Called in the morning today, and no apology for closing early. Dropped it off later, no apology. Picked it up, no apology. I was just told that I need to give them a heads up before dropping off...which I did on Wednesday. I was under the impression that I had an appointment for Friday drop off. Mistakes happen, maybe the Wednesday guy didn't tell the Friday guy. But it's pretty rude to not apologize for a mistake you made that negatively impacts others. We live in Hillcrest and went through a ton of traffic after work to get there on time. Really clearly indicates that you don't respect our time.

I'm so very disappointed in this place. I've been here many times and have never had a problem. Came here for brakes and tires. They did a great job on the brakes. Now with the tires this is where the problem starts. 4 new tires they are only able install the front because they said the back tire nut is stripped. I tell them ok I will take it to the last place who did my back brakes I take it to the place they tell me no it's fine. MIDAS used the wrong size to remove it Ok back to MIDAS. When I get to MIDAS the next day Richard is not in and Will has no ideal what's going on. I tell Will the the screw is not stipped and can you put the back tires on. He tells me that the machine is not working and has not been working to put my back tires on. And their alignment machine is not working also(I wouldn't have bought the tires if knew all this) they can take it next door to some random shop that is not under MIDAS. So at this point we are going back and forth. Richard was so honest and friendly in the beginning. I guess it doesn't matter how you make the sale. Just sell it. -1 star!
