Terrible experience. I’m filing a lawsuit right now and need my phone to talk to these greedy attorneys. Metro T Mobile said sure you Ryan and cut my phone off. Whatever happened to temporary emergency plans? Are you guys that heartless? Perhaps I’m suing the wrong people…..take care of yourself guys. Wouldn’t want to be you for what I’m about to do. Take care ;)

Been a customer for 7 years and anytime I had a problem they fixed it immediately with no charge to me whatsoever. Highly recommend this business as one of the best in the industry.

It is real bad customer service not to have a clear printed copy of things that you buyfor almost 250 dollars on purchase that you bought. Sorry I will not recommend this store for anyone . Real mad customer, real bad customer service not to have the receipt clear

Excellent service from Miss Karina...attentive, honest and excellent service every time I return...I have been with the company's service for several years...I always return to this location because I no longer live in the area ..just for Karina's excellent service.

I will never return to this location. I went into this place because I wanted to switch my phone company. They didn't have the phone and told me that Tony would bring it in later ,by 6. I got there at 7 and he wasn't there so I waited 30 minutes to for him to say that he forgot it and didn't want to turn around. I accepted a phone that I didn't want and become this ,Tony told me that if I really didn't like it that I could exchange it for free . I did not like the phone and brought it back for the one I wanted and he still charged me for it. Stating that Metro charges for swapping devices. I don't understand why I had to pay more because he forgot to bring the phone the day I asked for it. I'm truly disgusted and I want nothing else to do with that place. I suggest the downtown location. My husband got the the same phone for a lot less.

I went on Friday April 1st ,2022 in my lunch break and pressed for time . Tony had me up and networking while I went across the street to jacks ."Boom,Boom!" In and out . DONE!?.ANNNND, I got hooked up with a case .Great store ,great service ,five stars .

I received a very poor experience at this location. Tony, the owner was unhelpful, as were the other two employees I spoke with on 2 different occasions. I would not recommend this location to others. Metro PCS as a service provider are great, and I have recived great service from the parkway plaza location. I would warn others against visiting this particular store.

As has always been my experience with Metro PCS, great customer service, affordable prices and quality products. Jailene and Andre helped us and they were fabulous!!I took my son in to get a new phone cuz he shattered his current phone screen. He was upgraded to a really nice phone, got a case and tempered glass and was approx $105 out the door. I highly recommend this provider and this location.Update: Tony was awesome! My grandson dropped my phone in the toilet and the phone in rice thing didn't work. Boy was I dreading getting a new phone. Tony made the process super easy and pretty fast. He gave me a great deal on a new phone, tempered glass and an otter case. Tony was also able to recover all my phone data and apps and such.I highly recommend this location and have had nothing but great experiences every time I've come in.

My family and I went to a store in the City of El Cajon on Mollison Ave before visiting this store. They have poor customer service with absolutely no desire in helping us. Stay away! We then headed to this store and could not be more than satisfied. It offered us an excellent customer service. Karina went above and beyond to help us. She answered all of our questions and helped us find a solution to our problem. She is a great representative.
