I went into the store yesterday. I ordered from Jame over speaker and television screen. He said go to the back and get box #228. There was no box 228. I looked for about 10 minutes. He kept saying his inventory manager said it was there. It wasn't.He kept insisting it was there. I said then come show me. Well, of course he couldn't. He isn't there. This went on about 1/2 hour.I finally said, process a refund. He apologized and said that he would. I left. Then he called to say his manager is offering free delivery. I said no thanks, just process the refund.I purchased another mattress that evening.His Manager "Brad Tarby" called me today and offered free delivery. I said no, just process the refund. He said, we don't do refunds. I said, no... Jame said you would refund. We went back and forth. He insisted the mattress was there. Folks... that is just BS. IT WAS NOT THERE. And if they expect a customer to take responsibility for what is in their physical inventory that is the most bizzare thing I ever heard of.We left it with he wouldn't process the refund, and me telling him I would file a dispute for the charge. Which I did today.

Scammers they charged my debit card 2x for the same amount under a different name and the employees talked to you on a camera they have you enter everything on their credit card machine from chase they tried to make me pay extra for delivery that is 11 minutes away from their business they also have a ad on **********

I bought a mattress and box spring about a year and a half ago. Great experience! Same day delivery. I went this week looking for a mattress. ?It was weird! Virtual salesperson. No one in the store. Video cameras all around. They talk to you though speakers. I asked the man if he was ever going to come out? He said no. No one in the store. You order stuff online ?? It was so odd. Maybe just me. I don't like.

These guys are great! when entereing the store you are greeted w a smie. great customer service! my daughter got a bed yesterday & i will be going back today to get my bed! same bed was @ jeromes..cost way more & didnt have as many features, cant wait to go back & get mines so i can sleep in it like a baby!!! Peter was great! He was helpful and not pushy. We bought a mattress and boxspring for my daughter. They have mattresses in stock which us what we needed. Would recommend.

I just bough a memory foam mattress brand "Pure by Heio" 8" from this guy,Brad, for $499.99 on 03/22/2021 and today ,3/24/2021, I saw the same, identical mattress sale by North County Mattress Outlet for $249!!!!! I call him to ask for it and he just give me a run around, basically he tells that" Too bad, I rip you off". Beware of this business people .Don't do business with this person!!!! He is very unhonest person !!!! He cannot last long on the business if he keep ripping off people like this.

These guys have such incredible service. When I went to the store I was very clear on what I needed, my budget, and that I needed it that day. I slept in an incredible mattress that night without any tries to upsell or go over my budget.When a couple months later I ran into an issue with the mattress cover I had gotten with my mattress, although the manufacture would most likely not hold up their warranty for this issue, and it had been months since I got it, they gave me a new one with no hesitation.I will absolutely shop here again.
