VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. I went there for an exchange, and here is DEBRRA with her nasty attitude, no greeting or smile from her. Which is fine, then she told me I have to get the same amount or higher of the what the shoes worth. I told her, ok im gonna get two pairs of shoes if I cant find the one at the same price or higher. Then every time I ask her for a pair shoes, she didn't have the size im looking for. And kept repeating " you have to get the same price or higher " and I kept saying im getting two pairs. Until after 5 times. I had raise my voice, and told her to stop telling me that and fix your attitude. She then refuses to do the exchange. So I had to call the manager. And the manager made her do the exchange, but still had a nasty attitude. I just kept my mouth shut. Bc I just wanted to get out of there. I think the manager should had took over and checked me out, to avoid any more problems. That's the right way to do business. This was my 2nd and last time there. And I just saw there's about 20 reviews about how bad the customer service, and the attitude of the employees there. I hope no one gets fired, but they need a good meeting about customer service. I'm a business man, and customer service is a must.

I just had a great experience at this Macy's. Alexis helped me out. I was having trouble using one of those prepaid Visa gift cards. My husband had given me for my birthday, she was so patient and kind when helping me through the process. Great customer service. Alexis went above and beyond, I will be returning to do more in person shopping. Thanks Alexis!

Now I understand why these stores are closing, the service is horrible the employees are rude . I have a credit due on a item I purchased it's been two weeks no credit. The most frustrating thing is they won't answer the phone, what kind of business doesn't answer the phone? Will never give my money to a company that thinks it's ok to not take a call from a customer!

If I could put a zero I would just for the cashiers Natalia and Filipi. It's Saturday at 11am and I am sitting in line (I'm the only one in line so they were not busy at all) and both of them look at me and continue to gossip about previous customers and talk crap about them. Why do I know that there was a customer having trouble with her return yesterday? Because they talk crap about customers for everyone to hear. Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me and ring up my two items. As Filipi is checking me out she says hi but continues to talk about other previous customers with Natalia. My husband and I were shocked at how bad of customer service they had.

This 5 star review for Amanda at the fragrance department, went there couple days before Mother's Day , she was very pleasant, professional and helpful. It's been awhile since I have seen great customer service .

This review is for Kayla in the beauty department, she is amazing! I made an appointment with another specific counter and upon arrival, no makeup artist. I was so bummed because I wanted to look great for my family photos that afternoon, and I almost left, when someone found Kayla for me. I am forever grateful they did before I left disappointed, because my photos turned out so gorgeous and I owe it all to her. Macys, give this woman a raise and a bonus and a promotion!Bonus... she is adorable and super friendly and a great conversationalist, which made the appointment fun. If you need a gorgeous face for photos or a special event, call ahead and ask for an appointment with Kayla in Impulse Beauty, and request she do your makeup near the front window. She nailed the look and it was flawless in the natural light outside. Thanks girl!

Not to long ago I ordered a shirt from Macy's. I paid more than was on the shirt tag. I called and was told to bring the shirt in. Took 2 seconds and was credited $22. If you go in with a bad attitude and no proof of what your claiming who would want to assist you..I had all receipts and was ready to, HELP MYSELF..No yelling, no screaming and guess what? I got my money back that I was overcharged.

Everytime I go to Macys at grossmont center to the fine jewelry department I get excellent service. There is a lady named Michelle who has let me know about the sales and she orders things that aren't in store.She is the best employee ever.

I wanted some new clothes to spiff up my look for a construction worker interview. Needed some business casual clothes. There were some alright options in the Bar section with lots of dress pants and cool blouses. The escalators have been broken for as long as I can remember, it's practically a running joke between my family members now. They remodeled the front desk with some clean-looking floors and a giant screen. Workers are very attentive and friendly. Prices are okay, you can catch a really good sale once in a while. Overall, your standard Macy's with some hit or miss options.

Truly a disgusting Macy's in mall that should just be torn down and redone completely. This location has been around for 30+ years and just has the look and feel of a jc pennys. The men's department is a completely wasteland with no order and clothes lying all unfolded. Find something on a hanger? Well you can be pretty much guaranteed no coupon applies. Service is lacking in fact as likely a cost cutting measure they've taken down most of the check stands and a single master check stand with junk impulse items like you'd see at a TJ Maxx. Just a horrid location.

Customer Service sucks has horrible active listening skills and hate to get managers when asked m. I placed my order on the phone with a rep who apparently has no clue that all addresses in the United States have a street number attached to it. Shipped my shoes to who knows where. Spoke with the 11 reps throughout a 3 hour period. Will never in this life order anything through their reps and most likely will not be a customer any longer. A complete disaster NEVER AGAIN. Beware of the customer service reps they SUCK!!

I had a very nice lady attend me to help with the challenging task of finding a pair of sneakers for my one year old. She was patient and kind to my little girl and I am extremely satisfied with her customer service.
