This place is wonderful. They are old-fashioned, which i prefer for many reasons. It is family- owned and I would much rather give my money to that kind of business rather than some big corporation. The manager and her daughter, who work in the office, are very friendly. The facility is clean, and safe. They have cameras and someone who sleeps on the property at night for extra security. I adore this business and the people who work there, and I am so happy I found them. I will gladly give them my business, rather than take it anywhere else.

We received an excellent service, is really simple, you choose a space , they give you the rate, you do the deposit and first pay , then every month you send the payment on time, they even send you a bill to remind you. Both managers were really really nice and loved working with them during this years, prices are reasonable and spaces are clean and dry, place is secure and always supervised. If I ever need a storage again I will absolutely come back.

I'm very impressed with this place. When they were full up, Cathy took the time to refer to another place. She also shared some valuable personal info that will help a friend of mine. They are friendly, courteous, and professional.

It was almost a little sad the day we moved all our extra stuff out of storage. Over the years we had two units with them and only moved out when we bought a bigger home with plenty of space to accommodate our merged family. The facility is kept clean and secure. I never had any worries or issues with keeping my units secure. After I moved out I got my security deposit in the mail in a timely manner just as they said, never had to call to check up on it. Highly recommend!

Walked to this place to unquire about a storage. Was accussed of being homeless and Cathy the manager would not open the door during business hours. She demanded i show her a car and threatened to call police for questinong her odd behavior. Im a hispanic Male, well dressed, and well spoken. Odd behavior, avoid this location if you are a minority.

The Little Warehouse' Storage Facility located on Baltimore Drive' in La Mesa, Ca has been a Blessing' Entire Staff' regardless of what day of the week' handsomely accomodating' gracious' most compassionate' educated' patient' & professional' making my experiences quite handsomely pleasurable' & fulfilling' ... I would highly recommend this storage facility' and staff' to anyone in need' Respectfully' Pamela O'Brien

Horrible.....lies and more lies to turn your unit and keep your security deposit. I'm disabled so every cent counts and this company swindled my son and I out of half a months worth of disability!!

My dad and I rented three units in April of this year. We told them it would be about thirty days as our new rental unit was being repaired. We were informed no problem. In the beginning of May, my girlfriend and I let them know we were moving out and they informed us if we were out by May 12 they would mail us our security deposit back. At this time I was told we had to pay an additional $350.00 which I did. I told my dad when I got home about it which confused us, both since we had paid in advance upon move in. My dad and I rushed to get everything out by the date we were told so we stored our things in a garage to ready for our move to our new place. The manager a second time told my dad about being out by the 12th so they could mail our security deposit back. After three weeks we called her to see where our deposits were. She went on a tirade about us moving out early and we were getting our three security deposits back. My dad was paralyzed in a car accident and lives of disability. The money they ripped my dad off equals close to half what he lives off of in a month. We would never have rushed out and moved our things into a garage if we knew they were keeping our deposit. We are in the process of filing small claims at the moment. Please rent elsewhere. This place is a rip-off!

discriminates against blacks and disabled my mother in law rent was doubled when she paid it they evicted her instead , her locks went missing but wont show her camera footage ,only go here if your a bigot that hates disabled homless people

Was helping a friend move and after a long day and researching other facilities that added fee after fee we were blessed to find The Little Warehouse. We were greeted by helpful, accommodating, friendly, understanding and compassionate staff! Such a night and day difference! If you are looking for a no nonsense place to safely store your belongings I highly recommend The Little Warehouse. The only draw back would be if you needed a place you could access 24 hours a day. They have limited hours but was well worth the sacrifice for friendly service with no hidden fees!
