Went in to look at the bourbon selection for a friend and possibly get a gift. They had everything i was interested in available and the clerk was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

terrible costumer service. I came in with my daughter cause she wanted snacks, and I wanted to buy 3 tall cans for myself. we got to the register and a young white male asked to see both of our IDS? mind you my daughter is a kid. why is the cashier asking to see my underaged daughters id? is she the one buying the alcohol and drinking it ? i feel very discriminated and disgusted. do not recommend

Don't waste your money. This place will rip you off. They tried to charge me $300 for a bottle of whiskey that's $100 at BevMo or Total Wine and more.

This place is absolutely horrible. The owner is the sweetest person in the world… The main person who works there who is a redheaded male about in his 30s has always been very nasty and just very negative attitude. I went there about a week ago and was coerced into buying him, and another coworker a shot of vodka before closing and then two days later I went in 10 minutes before they closed. I live literally two blocks away and he told me I ruined his night by not letting him close 10 minutes early. Unfortunately also my debit card had been scratched and it was not working with the chip reader so I did have change on me to pay for what I bought and when I gave it to him he just threw me out locked the door with five minutes left before close. My mother goes here almost every day to get gigantic bags of ice because our ice machine has broken recently, Anne went in the other day to specifically talk to the owner but just missed him. The owner is a great great guy and he is so sweet but I think this person who works there is either a family member or just somebody who is a complete fake to his face, but I don't know why more complaints have not been made about the main person who works there throughout the week with red hair male probably mid 30s. I'm just disgusted by how I was talked to on the phone and treated in person after I was forced into buying him and his friend a shot of vodka, two nights prior.disgusting absolutely disgusting

My favorite spot to go to. The products are great and the staff is very friendly and helpful and I always have great conversations with whoever is behind the counter each time I come here.

TIKI RUM!!! Who knew this corner liquor store would have Hamilton's rum?! And several types!! AND the collaboration between False Idol and Hamilton??!! Really great selection of rums they even have Plantation. I'd like to see some more rum imports from the Caribbean and Guyana/Demerara, but still a solid selection. I live in Spring Valley near Monte Vista High and I would much rather drive here than all the way to Trader Mort's in Pt Loma. Now if they had Hamilton 86 and the Black Pot Still I would be a fan for life!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Well organized store, and a very good selection of tequila, American whiskey, Scotch, beer, and wine. I would make it my regular store if I lived nearby.

We were in there and getting a soda since we were thirsty. We were at the fridges in the back and out came a cockroach crawling on the floor. It was pretty big and we watched it was it crawled across the floor and burrowed itself behind a wine bottle. After that, I was a bit concerned on buying some beef jerky that was at an astonishing $9. Will not be returning.
