Refund on cottage rental is horrible!Due to circumstances beyond their control involving the air force..my granddaughter and her husband were out $800 dollars because they had to cxl a reservation.city of la mesa wouldnt even refund half the money!!And..they wanted another $350 to Re-book for another date!!!
