I took my late Grandpas 98’ Ford F150 in to have it looked at because it just didn’t sound right. I am getting ready to tow a trailer with it and wanted to make sure it was going to make it home with no problems. They were wonderful! They repaired the suspension, did an oil change and made sure I’d be safe on my trip. They even printed me out all the past records for his previous maintenance history and had it ready a day sooner than expected! I can see why this was my Grandpas shop! Great prices and amazing service!

Stopped by for a broken lug nut repair. Discount Tire covers the cost.Included was a full inspection of my vehicle. A critical overfill of my oil was found and I was told to immediately return to the shop that did my oil change had have it righted.As I have zero intention of ever selling my car, I want to mechanically maintain the vehicle. A detailed list and cost of each maintenance was outlined for me so I could accomplish each repair in a timely fashion as I could afford it. I also got a great referral for repairing the cosmetics on my car.I have a new favorite repair shop.

What a great experience I highly recommend these guys to anyone they listen to what I needed they told me what it would take to get everything fixed and there was no hidden amounts or extra fees I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area

Nick was able to get me in the next day for an alignment on my Jeep. He was very personable and communicative while I waited. They went the extra mile to make sure my alignment was dialed in before cutting me loose. I will make sure that my family and I return to have the wheels aligned on our vehicles in the future.

What a wo wonderful experience I had at La Mesa-N-Alignment. I called to get a quote and the manager Nick was so pleasant and helpful I did not need to look any further. The service was quick and professional and the work that was done was explained to me so I knew next time all the things I should be doing to keep my vehicle running at its best. I told Nick that I would be bring my daughters car in next week. They have a large variety of service and I just could not be more please. When I drove out I could tell the difference in what they had done. I feel alot more confident having my vehicle on the road now. They get 5 stars in my book. I will be coming back for any other automotive need I may have in the future. Thank you to the team at La Mesa Automotive-N- Alignment!

I took my car to the dealership first and was told they have to keep my car for days to diagnose the check engine light! I felt stuck and didn't know where else to take my car. One of the cards in an ad mailer was for LA Mesa Automotive. I checked the reviews online and decided to try them. They not only diagnosed the issue, they also fixed it and did a comprehensive check on the car. I'm glad they were able to fix most of the issues and my car is driving like new again (it's a 2017 car)! I plan on bringing my car back in for the rest of the fixes. I would gladly pay to maintain and keep my car running for 10+ more years than paying a car note!

Wayne Madsen, the owner, knows what he's doing. He rebuilt my Grand Marquis transmission years ago. The car has 270,000 miles on it, 140,000 miles on it since the rebuild. Works great. He just now did the service (new trans fluid and filter etc.) So that shows it was built better than Ford did in 2000. I do most of my own service and repairs, but for transmission work on this car, and my Yukon, I always return to Wayne.Service: Transmission

The guys at La Mesa Auto are great. They were able to get my car in within 24 hours of me calling. When they inspected my car they found a few things wrong (other than why I took it in). They were upfront with a price quote, called me with updates, actually called me when the price actually dropped. I have taken my car to them a few times in the past, and will continue to take it to them in the future.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
