The people were nice enough. However, wait times are insane, 30 min for a blood draw. Pediatrician sent our prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I had to wait on hold for 30 min for them to fix it.

Three to five stars depending on how you control your experience. Download the app, set up your pickup. Arrive and pick up. Quick and easy.

They tell you that the meds will be ready for pick up at a certain time and low and behold you wait until that time, only to go 3 hours after that time, to be told they are not ready it'll be 30 minutes still! Why did I call in the first place to find out how long!? Every single time there is always an issue!! Worst pharmacy! Do not recommend to anyone!!!

Anastasia is an awful, antagonistic, person. I cannot believe she is in the health care industry. She has zero empathy, is dishonest, rude. The way she behaved to me while my children are sick and need prescriptions.

Seems like they're pretty efficient. Usually orders are ready before the estimated time given and lines move pretty quick.

Omg. There to pick up prescriptions and Courtney was rude at the desk. Horrible service and the entitlement that they do not have to have customer service needs to be fixed have been filling prescriptions for 30 years and i dread coming here now.

Normally have had great experiences at this pharmacy...not today. What is the point of going on line to refil the prescription, getting a text its ready get here and its not. You need to fix this its terribly misleading.

They are so slow and understaffed at the la Mesa pharmacy. It usually takes at least an hour or more to get a prescription and it was already filled before I get there. I hate Kaiser altogether, so there's that. Haha.

This place is absolutely horrible. Over 4 hour wait times for "urgent" care. These idiots must not know the definition of urgent. I should have seen the 2 stars and known not to come here. Kaiser should shut this place down. What a disgrace. How is medical care so horrible in this country!? 4 1/2 hour wait and haven't talked to a single nurse or doctor. What a terrible business!! Go anywhere but here !!

Used their Curbside Pickup Service which was stellar, YELPers! Best Pandemic Service, ever-my two meds. were accurate, placed outside my car window, contactless. It's sad they cannot accept 'tips'. Thank you, Kaiser Pharmacy Staff

The whole system of this organization r fup... i tried to make an appointment they won't accept unless is related to covid-19. Its so hard to talk to a doctor in person n seen in person. I've been trying since January 2020. N I won't say what type of condition I think I have but feel that it a getting worse cuz i can't get checkup , no xray , no medicine etc cuz they won't see me.. Seriously!! They only know 1 sickness which is covid-19.. No covid-19 then they'll tell u to stay home N cannot see a patients... Really frustrating .. We are paying more than 1k a month for this health insurance but its useless.. they only want to take take money from us. Therefore, its not worth it... Don't waste your money... Get a better health insurance cuz i will..

Prescription pick up shouldn't be this difficult. 6/15/20, Monday, 7:35pm - Terrible customer service by Katrina, Pharmacy Technician. I went to the Kaiser La Mesa Pharmacy after receiving a text stating it was ready for pick -up. I had my temp checked (COVID -19 requirements) outside the building, stood in line inside the pharmacy, approached the technician, and that's when it went downhill. Through the glass, Katrina asks for my medical record number, I don't have it. She begins screaming out asking for my name, date of birth, and would have asked me for additional personal information had I not asked for the manager or person in charge. Katrina then adds insult by stepping away from the counter and begins a different task. After a few minutes, I asked Katrina, "Are you helping me?" Her response, "You said you wanted a manager so . . . " What happened to patient privacy? What happened to HIPAA regulations? What happened to customer service? To begin a different task while a customer is in front of you WAITING to pick up her prescription??? I wasn't ready to be at the receiving end of this crap service. A blonde white female was in/out the pharmacy and received respect from the technician at the same time I was there. If I was white, would I have received the same respect and courtesy from Katrina??? I felt disrespected by Katrina this Monday evening. Katrina exhibited poor customer service skills through her rude behavior and not following HIPAA protocol towards this customer who had 1 simple goal this evening - to pick up my prescription.
