ALL of the nurses at the Kaiser La Mesa office are super nice! I need my legs wrapped twice a week in Profore 4-layer compression wraps. The nurses at La Mesa have always been super nice, always cleansing both legs thoroughly. Everyone I have met in the La Mesa office is so very pleasant and take the time to get to know about me and my health concerns.

They have urgent care, all the chec in staff and nurses are really nice and friendly.
The problem is the attending doctor, she didn't do anything except orderi test (cost money) . She was trying to guess what wad wrong. When she couldn't figure it out she sent me home.
She dud the sand with other two patients next to my exam room.
Im sure I'll get a hefty bill ?

Great care from the moment I checked in. Receptions services, Kyle in particular, was very helpful and accommodating . Pamela, the nurse who took my vital signs was friendly and efficient. Dr Bluck, quite a remarkable, empathetic and knowledgeable physician. I felt very comfortable with the healthcare team. Thank you!

The urgent care needs an overhaul urgent means urgent not wait for Two and a half hours without seeing a doctor. .

I’ve been to the urgent care three times now (accident prone kiddos) and they’ve been super efficient, thorough, and kind every time we’ve come in. The whole process usually lasts us 1.5-2 hours, that’s including check in, wait room, being seen/treated and pharmacy. I feel lucky to have such close access to this urgent care!

Second floor check in staff members are super rude and unfriendly they look like they don’t even want to be there. Avoid check in with them if possible! There is a reason why this particular Kaiser has 3 star s rating!?

Came to urgent care today and was seen almost immediately. The nurses who checked me in were so kind and comforting and helpful given I was in a lot of pain and could hardly talk. The phlebotomist who did my blood test was so sweet, normally I get super uncomfortable during blood draws but she did such a good job. There was a girl on the first floor who directed me to each department I needed to get to which was very much appreciated since I’ve never been to this office before. The pharmacy only took ~15 mins to have my prescription ready. I was really happy with my experience here and grateful for all the kind people who helped me!
