Although the experience was good while I was there. It has not been good afterwards. I filed my 2019 and 2020 taxes when I filed my 2021 taxes with Cindy Tran. I have been trying to get in touch with them since March and have not been able to. It's now September. I still haven't gotten my returns I keep doing everything rhe irs tells me to do and I need h and r blocks hp, the people who filed for me but cannot get anyone to return my calls. PleSe rea h out.
