“I couldn't be happier with Russ and Budget Blinds of La Mesa. We did a large amount of Lutron roller shades, as well as other blinds in several areas and Russ was great about communication, orders, and following up. I couldn't recommend Russ more, especially if you're in the market for Lutron shades.”
