i went to the address for this market. it took me to a residential house in la mesa with no business or business sign. i called the number. no answer, no callback. so i don't know what's going on with this market. the website is weird. you can't buy items online, it says u should 'call or email' if you want something. i see photos but where is the store? IS there a store? it was a waste of my afternoon to drive all the way there for nothing

I have tried for year to bake Hot Cross Buns, but I have come to accept that baking is not one of my strengths. Hot Cross Buns has been a family tradition over the Easter period for years and I have tried many different places but Handmade Market nailed it for us and we will definitely be returning customers

I love this little gem of a place. If you want a more personal gift, items with a personal touch, or just fun creative inspiration, I suggest this place. Support local artists. They have textiles, ceramics, woodwork, jewelry items and more. They fit a lot into this little kiosk!

I discovered HMM over a year ago, and I'm so glad I did. I prefer to support local artists, rather than stores with cheap imports. I enjoy shopping in this eclectic little storefront in Grossmont Center, because the merchandise is lovingly crafted, unique and fun. Something for everyone. Handmade Market is where I go for original gifts, with a friendly staff, and caring proprietor. This little establishment in the middle of the mall is a great way to "shop locally" and support artisans. I'm already stock-piling gifts for the holiday season (yes, I'm that kind of shopper!).
