“I have done multiple transfers with Don and his wife over the years. Other shops in the county don't compare to the service and value you get with Don. I was once an FFL myself in California, and really feel for these people as I understand how they are constantly and continually harassed and abused by our State's communist regime. Residents of the county need to support local FFL's because if we don't eventually we will have a corporate dominated retail gun industry in California that will be in a position to dictate pricing.”

“Me and my son have been back so he can shoot the FN SCAR. He loves coming here at least twice a week. It was hilarious how the range master saw my son walk in and the first thing he said was " We have something that you haven't shot yet". My son's eyes lite up and it was the SCAR. This place has always been a great place to spend family time shooting. The staff make it a great place to come to as well.”

“I've driven past Ammo Brothers more times than I can remember and have dropped in a few times to browse, but have never actually done business with them. This morning I was meeting a guy to conduct a private party transfer and we decided to meet at Ammo Bros since I wanted to drop in and check them out anyways. I got here early before they opened, but their doors opened promptly at 10am. I didn't get his name, but we were assisted by a guy with a mustache who helped us through the whole process and even though the buyer of my firearm had never done a PPT before, they very patient through the whole process and helped us with everything. The store is very clean, very professionally organized and well put together. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I need to make a point of bringing my business to them more often.”

“Went to the range with friends to try out their G19, G17 and XD45 since I was deciding between these options. The range was appointment was easy to set up and was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. After our session I looked around the store and Chandler helped me out. Great guy and super helpful. With no intention to purchase that day, I ended up purchasing an XD9 because the service was great and even priced matched with another LGS. Although it is a drive for me, customer service goes a long way with me and they have definitely earned a repeat customer. I'll be back soon to break in the new toy.”

There is ALOT more online than in store.They seriously need to have more of the popular / higher sales firearms carried in store. And I mean Staples for years. Especially being a California Store. They aren't out of stock, they just don't have them in store, then need to be ordered. ????Just my opinion though.”

“Customer service second to NONE! I called ahead and spoke with Eryk regarding a specific pistol. He was upfront and honest and very helpful. when I came into the store to look at the weapon, he was even more helpful. He gave me info and even further proof that I was purchasing quality, he showed me it was his weapon of choice for daily carry. Most guns stores have the "holier than thou" attitudes however, both Eryk and Zane were super knowledgeable of the current laws in CA and answered all questions regarding changes to the current laws (restrictions/bans/etc.) which made me, the customer feel right at home. Purpose: I was there to buy a gun. they could have easily just started the DOJ/CA background check/etc taken my money and sent me on my way, but they went out of their way to assist, answering other questions regarding AR's and pistols. Additionally, they showed me potential upgrades to the weapon I was purchasing and gave me the pros and cons of certain brands. Where most gun stores/dealers would gladly have you buy extra junk or parts you don't need or want, they gave me honest opinions even if it didn't benefit them. I was thankful for their customer service, and because of that I am a future customer.”

I was looking around for "gun parts" and Grover and Javier helped me out, answered all my questions, and f****** sold me on getting an upper. They told me the pros and cons of the ones I was eyeing and were extremely knowledgeable about the different comps and muzzle brakes I wanted for my "gun part". I checked in and got a free patch, gun bag, constitution, etc. literally a s*** ton of goodies. I've never had a more positive experience in a gun store. I wasn't a number or a sale, I was just a person that wanted to see what they had and got really good vibes from the staff. I highly recommend this place for all your ar-15 needs and ask for Grover and Javier.”
