I was a vender in this store for 3 years. They have closed this store, owing all the vender 2-3 months worth of sales! We are all having to sue them, and still may never see our money! They have since re-opened in the same location under a different name, Petal & Leaf.DO NOT SHOP THERE! THE OWNERS ARE SCAMMING, LYING, CROOKS!

My client wanted to stop in. I am her interior designer as well as a vendor, myself, in various markets in San Diego-I have a small line of jewelry & botanical art. I enjoy supporting local artists whenever possible. The lights were half on, window displays empty and about 1/8th occupied. A help wanted sign hung. We were so sad to see this. I knew immediately what is really going on & what I saw were constraints, rules, boxed/spreadsheet thinking and no joy whatsoever. In a very prominent class "a" retail space? those windows should be attended to with a steady stream of visitors to the cinema & more. With San Diego's local talent scrambling to do pop ups in markets, sidewalks and, frankly, anywhere, this should not be happening in this large space. So many ideas come to mind, given the free clue in the name: Host markets here. There will be one in the parking lots there! Have one in your space! Host classes. I will do one at that mall in The Well... But this gift space should have some as well. Now, it is a space filled with shadows & emptiness & a lonely ladder in the window. I refuse to believe this is all that can exist in this zombiescape. Please rethink your presentation in this beloved mall.

Great spot to shop local vendors & artists! From gourmet food items, clothing, jewelry, candles, plants and decor, this place surely has a solid variety of gift ideas. Support small biz and local makers and shakers by popping in this shop if you're in the area.

If you go to Grossmont you must stop at Grossmont Public Market they have some of the most unique items. I am sure you will find something you will like to take home I always do. People who work there are very friendly too.
