Beware of shopping here if you don’t like to be racially profiled or discriminated against . The content / inventory of the store itself are decent and what one typically would expect from a good will although the store is extremely small. But where the single star review comes in is due to the fact that their customer service is disgraceful. I’ve never been so embarrassed and aggravated by retail workers in my life. First off when u need assistance there’s no one to be found at all, sometimes even absent from the register. And if you ever need help or a fitting room unlocked don’t expect to find anyone for a good 5-10 mins at least. But if you’re minding ur business and shopping for at least 20mins or so and ur heavily tattooed father comes in to grab the car keys to let himself in the car you will be immediately be approached by a hostile and aggressive goodwill worker who can barely speak English (a manager I’m assuming by her stickup little attitude). She will demand the both of u to leave the store and won’t allow u to purchase any of ur cart full of belongings. She will justify this by claiming to have a surveillance video of one or both of u supposedly stealing (I’m not sure what she said exactly) but will refuse to show u this video. And upon insisting to see the proof she will get even louder than she already was and threaten to call the police. And this wasn’t even the first time I had this same employee pull a stunt like this on me. The first time was the one time in this good will there was constant customer service it seemed in every isle. It started making me uncomfortable and offended when the shopping center rent a cop comes in store and follows me around for 10 mins. And I realized it was just me who was receiving this kinda attention. So finally this lady approaches me (again obnoxiously loud) and told me to give her a outfit she apparently saw me conceal, I then walked her to the isle I had put it back in and showed her the said outfit. She was surprised yet annoyed and then went to another employee to publicly and loudly point me out and accuse me of stealing. I at this point am humiliated and angry so I go up to them and tell them how unprofessional and disgusting their behavior is and how it’s wrong to profile and accuse someone of something simple because of how they look. I would have put back my stuff and not given them my business but I had already found things I couldn’t part with. I am an avid and frequent thrift shopper and spend at least $50 every time I come to this store (usually more) so for them to do this multiple times to me is so hurtful and maddening. This has to be a case of mistaken identity or just hateful discrimination. Either way I hope goodwill starts to better look into the character of the individuals they put in positions of superiority because this used to be one of my favorite spots to shop. And they’ve definitely lost me as a customer and hopefully anyone of the many who will be hearing my story.

This is a gem of a thrift store, nicely curated and well kept. The prices vary…some things are a little much for a charity store, but I’ve found some real treasures here. Faux trees that cost around $200 in Crate and Barrel are $25 here, books are plenteous and fairly priced, and there is a large and inexpensive range of home goods. Clothing prices are based on brand usually, and that is fair. I won’t stop recommending this little haven of wonders!

Very rude employees, this older white man turned me away and started to talk shit. Not a real donation center he said I can't sell this, going here again.

Don’t donate here if you care about the stuff you’re bringing and want to to be sold to people to have a new home. Brought a ton of kitchen plates that are really nice and not only did they make me carry it and put it in the bins but they just tossed things like it was trash like a keurig machine. Sucks they don’t care enough to keep things in nice condition to resell.

Came at 5:40 pm to drop off items and closing is at 6 pm. I was told it was too dark for the worker to see to take our donation. The manager's solution was for me to drive to the next location down the street. Don't even bother just drive down the street. They took our donation and were super nice.

For some reason, this goodwill is selling second hand jackets for $70 and $40. Goodwill jackets used to cost $8. This location is insane.

First of all, this location overprices the items as if they were in new/excellent condition. Next, I had a terrible experience in regards to the “security guard” who was harassing me the moment I walked into the store. I don’t appreciate being targeted or spoken to as a criminal. If you’re so concerned about people stealing, then check everyone’s personal belongings not just those who you choose to. I’ve never had this insulating experience and I will never support this location ever again. I will be filing a complaint with BSIS.

Very overpriced. Tan polyester Columbia jacket marked as “leather jacket” for $99. Gave the benefit of the doubt… Next I see stained and worn jacket selling for $39. Turned off by these over priced items and left…

Dropping off items in the back..... as I do/did frequently. The bin for clothing was stacked high and I tried to set my bags on the ground in front of it. I was told that I HAD to put it on top. I explained that I had a bad shoulder and could not reach up that high....and the bags were too heavy. Wow DIRTY look. These were all top brand items - that they can sell for good money as I have retired and have a lot of business attire that I am slowly getting rid of. I almost left to go elsewhere. I will NOT go back.

The nail salon smell from next door is so strong, and things are overpriced for a thrift store. There was a coat I was looking at that they were charging $100 for, and I later found the same jacket on Poshmark for $75. Goodwill isn't even a good company, so if it's not cheap, what's the point?
