Make you feel better. They don't follow it. In fact what they do is crush your package that has this label. Don't Trust them not worth it.

Based on my inability to get through to a person via your automated telephone system I give you one star because it is near impossible - actually I've never gotten through successfully ever since your system has changed and it is highly frustrating. If I want to speak to a person I want to speak to a person not a machine, period.

I had a brochure printed for my business and went to pick it up and was so shocked by the bad quality. It looked like something I could have done myself. If I had been overseeing this job I definitely would have alerted the customer beforehand and worked out some way of making it right. Instead, I was told what I SHOULD have done. Really?!?! There has to be some better way of making things easier for the customer so they aren’t stuck with a print job that looks horrible.

Horrible customer service. John in particular. When you work in customer service you’re prone to understand as you can relate however customer service is customer service and unfortunately some should get new jobs.

I was disappointed about this location. Their website and door sign showed closing time at 8 pm on Tuesday 12/26. I arrived at 7:30pm and the store already shut down. It’s very disrespectful to any customers to have a sign saying close time at 8pm and the door closed at 7:30pm. Very disappointed

I love my local business office! They are always so helpful and friendly. They make printing home projects easy. Sometimes they get busy so that increases wait times but nothing a little patience can’t solve :) Keep up the great work guys!

I went to get my book spiral bound. John helped me to take my order and he told me that it’ll be ready by the end of the day. When I told him I have an exam and need it sooner he talked to his coworker and they expedited the process and it was ready in one hour. Very satisfied with their service and John’s level of customer service and understanding. Good job FedEx for hiring staff like John.

Both John's (John M & John B) that work here have been amazing since I walked into FedEx! Exceptional patience with me and my new business. Navigating me in the brochures, pricing and paper quality was a breeze, and since becoming a business owner jumping through hoops and red tape they took care of me.
