The store manager Tate was amazing. He was able to locate a warranty for my battery and get us up in running in no time. I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know. When you visit ask for Tate Mackenzie!

There's a reason why an automotive repair shop with 7 bays has 2 cars in the service bays and an empty parking lot on a Monday. Walked in and a minute or two later a guy walks out and says I'll be with you in a minute and closed the door. Several minutes pass, so I walk outside, more minutes pass... enough time passed that I started calling other shops for availability. Finally a guy comes out and asked what I needed. his tone and demeaner, he was so pleasant (not). After having to explain 3 different times in simple english what I was experiencing with my truck, he threw out multiple different things that they might do but they all involved test driving the vehicle after they tried something... I'm no mechanic but I have taken my vehicle to mechanics before and they always want to drive it first to see what I'm describing so they can either identifythe problem or get a direction to go to access.., not here obviously. He came across with his attitude like he didn't really know what they were going to do and I wasn't willing to pay for maybe diagnostics so I left. 3 minutes at another repair shop and problem was diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes. Guess even with an empty parking lot often, they can afford to have the guy at the counter be a douche to customers. This would be the 3 time or so that I though I would give them a shot but their customer service gets worse each visit. They lost out on my personal business and our fleet of service vehicles.

My dad took my car here for new tires so I figured I’d come back for an oil change and rotation. I’m a woman so sometimes it can be intimidating to walk into a car shop. The mechanics listened to me and were really helpful. I needed some extra work done on it that I wasn’t planned on and they explained it all so throughly including the exact price breakdown for their work. Overall great experience.

Tate and Sal did an amazing job for me. The AC was not blowing out cold air and the breaks were in need of being replaced. They kept me informed of what all was needed and worked within my budget. The car belongs to a disabled person, so the need for it to be fixed correctly and safely was a must. They got the job done as explained and expected.Their professionalism and execution are appreciated. Thank you Family Auto service for hiring these guys! Nice work!

Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Took over 2 hours and when I got home, I realized that they didn't rotate the tires. They also didn't perform the "multi-point inspection". I've had Ok service from them in the past, but this was a poor experience. One bad employee or a culture within the business? Make sure you know something about cars if you go here.

They quickly ascertained the problem and solved it for me. The charges were fair and the work was done quickly. Everyone was friendly, from the office to the technicians. I was looking for a new mechanic and will bring my vehicle back again!

I made An appointment for seven days in advance showed up the day of my appointment that was scheduled at 1pm and they told me that if they could get to it, they might get it done by the end of the day. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and ask you to please not go there. They can't even keep a scheduled appointment. I have a few friends that have tried them also, not one of my friends has had a good experience there Please go somewhere else

I was able to have my car taken care of not only for the oil change I came in for, but for a flat tire I didn't know I had, and some maintenance work that had been put off by my previous mechanic for far too long. Since it took much longer than expected, I was able to get a ride home and back again while my car was being worked on. Everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me so I could understand. Everyone was very courteous, I received a nice discount, and the prices were very reasonable. This was my first time at Family Auto Service, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely come back.
