“This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.”

“I love that the items I am looking for are usually in sufficient quantities that I can get as many as I need most of the time. I have to admit that I have never personally found any consumables past the expiration date. This is vitally important to me, as I have found issues at other places that have similar groceries for sale.”

“Had a lovely visit to the cosmetic section tonight. Went to get color matched for a Lancôme foundation and Kirk, who is usually at the MAC counter, came over quickly to help. They were so sweet and helpful, gave us a great color match and additional recommendations, and made our visit very pleasant. Next time I come back, I'll be looking for Kirk to help me out with their stellar customer service!”

“I needed to buy some charging cables and other items for my cell phone this morning. I don't know a lot about electronics or exactly what to buy, so it is always with a bit of trepidation that I enter a busy store and hope to find an associate who can help me. However, in the past, I have had good luck at this particular Target store at Grossmont Center, in La Mesa. That fortuitousness proved the same today. As I approached the electronics department at 10:00 am this Saturday morning, I saw a worker in the department not engaged with other customers. I went right up to him and he helped me with utter patience and kindness, His name was Harrison. Harrison sat with me at a little table in the center of the department and brought over every kind of cable and plug I might need. He even had samples in a drawer for me to try to be absolutely certain I was buying the correct product for my needs. After making my selections based on his expertise assistance, Harrison packed up my items [at Target, you can pay for your items directly in the electronics department without proceeding to the main check out registers]. As he handed me my purchase, he said with a smile that if I had any issues at all once I arrived home, to come back and see him and he would walk me through the entire process, step by step. Five stars for Target. Five stars for Harrison!”

“Walmart might not be the place to get the best customer service but on this day the customer service rep that helped me was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was here for the Black Friday deal for the straight talk iPhone SE deal for $49. As soon as I walked to the electronic section I was greeted by a pleasant worker with such a big smile and asked if I needed help. I definitely did I told her that I was here for the Black Friday deal for the iPhone SE. She quickly got the attention of activation personnel and asked her to help me. I thought that was very nice of her because a lot of times when I go to Walmart the employees just kind of ignore you. This visit was off to a pleasant start and then he got even better with the phone representative. She was very helpful and she pointed me in the right direction as far as prepaid plans. She told me all the benefits of each plan and let me decide without any pressure. What a pleasant way to purchase a phone at Walmart. I didn't quite get their name but they were two very lovely ladies that was very helpful and nice.”

“Based on my experience here, this store was neat and decently organized overall. Customer service was average. Cool items and trinkets within this place. A variety of options to choose from, including furniture, food items, toys, ornaments, etc. Located next to Walmart. Would recommend and would return.”
