I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Big Lots located at 6145 Lake Murray Blvd. I visited yesterday around 1:42 PM to pick up some curtains for my living room and bedroom, and I was absolutely delighted with the service I received.
As I was checking out, the cashier was incredibly polite and friendly. What made my day even more special was when they offered me a $5.00 coupon off my next purchase of $15.00 or more, simply for making a donation. This kind gesture truly brightened my day and exemplified the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back to this location.

I frequently visit this Big Lots for odds and ends, as well as for my decorative needs, and I always leave satisfied. However, this particular visit stood out because of the exceptional service and the thoughtful coupon offer. The staff at this store consistently go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

“This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.”

“I visited Macy's in La Mesa on June 20, 2024, at 8:30 p.m., just before closing, in search of one of my favorite cologne. I was fortunate to encounter Christina, a remarkable sales associate in the men's cologne department. Despite the late hour, Christina warmly welcomed me and listened attentively to my preferences and needs.

As I browsed through the selection, Christina patiently answered my questions and provided helpful recommendations based on my taste and style. Her genuine interest in helping me find the perfect fragrance was evident in her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond.

After careful consideration, I decided on one of my favorite brands, which I had previously struggled to find elsewhere. Christina enthusiastically assisted me in selecting the perfect size and packaging. Throughout the process, she remained professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

My choice was a bit expensive, costing over $150 for a little over 6oz but You can't find that brand any cheaper anywhere else! So I was thrilled to purchase it!

“Based on my various experiences here, this Walmart is decent overall. Good selection of items. Customer service has been normally fine. No issues have occurred. Parking can sometimes be hard to find during peak hours. Would recommend.”

“This location is okay. The only issue is that their groceries etc are very limited. There is a neighborhood market across the street, but the whole good thing about walmart is not having to go to multiple stores.”

“I needed to buy some charging cables and other items for my cell phone this morning. I don't know a lot about electronics or exactly what to buy, so it is always with a bit of trepidation that I enter a busy store and hope to find an associate who can help me. However, in the past, I have had good luck at this particular Target store at Grossmont Center, in La Mesa. That fortuitousness proved the same today. As I approached the electronics department at 10:00 am this Saturday morning, I saw a worker in the department not engaged with other customers. I went right up to him and he helped me with utter patience and kindness, His name was Harrison. Harrison sat with me at a little table in the center of the department and brought over every kind of cable and plug I might need. He even had samples in a drawer for me to try to be absolutely certain I was buying the correct product for my needs. After making my selections based on his expertise assistance, Harrison packed up my items [at Target, you can pay for your items directly in the electronics department without proceeding to the main check out registers]. As he handed me my purchase, he said with a smile that if I had any issues at all once I arrived home, to come back and see him and he would walk me through the entire process, step by step. Five stars for Target. Five stars for Harrison!”

“Huge 2 story with a bunch of items. There’s a huge selection of everything except athletic clothes. I was hoping for a better selection in that. Other than that, the store is great and has everything you’re looking for.

The Lost Prevention guy at the door was very kind and welcomed us to the store. He asked if we needed help finding anything prior to shopping and informed us where everything was. He was very helpful! A few workers on the floor were kind, but a few were rude too and didn’t want to be bothered”

“Had a lovely visit to the cosmetic section tonight. Went to get color matched for a Lancôme foundation and Kirk, who is usually at the MAC counter, came over quickly to help. They were so sweet and helpful, gave us a great color match and additional recommendations, and made our visit very pleasant. Next time I come back, I'll be looking for Kirk to help me out with their stellar customer service!”

My husband had given me for my birthday, she was so patient and kind when helping me through the process. Great customer service. I definitely did I told her that I was here for the Black Friday deal for the iPhone SE. She quickly got the attention of activation personnel and asked her to help me.
