Amazing service. They are easy to talk to on the phone, and actually give a quote on the phone, which feels like it's rare nowadays. They didn't make an effort to upsell me, and finished the project exactly on the timeline they originally said, with good and prompt communication the entire time. Will 100% be returning and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a foreign car shop.

1st visit to Dennis Sherman with a great 10yr old Cayenne with 91K miles…they made it even better. They did a complete inspection of the car, found two issues, explained the issues and the solutions clearly. They completed the work ahead of schedule, and their estimates were good. Consistently up front and honest about the work needed - including what can be pushed to the right, or just watched. Prices are fair (Porsche/Audi/BMW owners should assume repair costs are what they are), but Dave and Scott go out of their way to look for savings - aftermarket when feasible. Mechanic (Steve) service is thorough and correct every time. 15 years of having my Audis serviced here.
