This CVS location seems to be getting worse each time I go. I haven’t been in awhile. The store was super dirty, there seemed to be just one employee working and he wasn’t very friendly. Of the 3 items I went to purchase, all were out of stock.

This pharmacy just gets worse all the time. It was always bad but now it's unbelievable. You can't even speak to a pharmacist, you must leave a voice mail and sometimes they return the call and sometimes they just don't. I get a prescription filled every 28 days and can only pick up one day early per CVS rules. I called yesterday to confirm they had it in stock. This morning I called at 9am, left a message to lmk when to pick up. No one called. I called again at 11:30am. Miraculously got someone on the phone. She said it's too early to pick up. I said no it isn't, it's day 27. Then she said it won't be ready until 1pm. Right after that I got a text that they'd received the new prescription from my doctor, when it was sent in last week dated for today. So they never even entered it into the system even after I called yesterday and this morning. I went home, came back to the counter at 12:55pm. She said it's not ready yet. I said they told me 1pm. She said it's not 1pm yet. She then said it will be another 20-30 minutes. When I complained they told me 1pm, she said, "Well we are busy." Oh really? Like I have nothing else to do but drive over here every couple hours to see if you've bothered to fill my prescription yet. It's hard to find a pharmacy that's open on the weekends but I'm going to look right now.

Day before Thanksgiving (November 27, 2024) I purchased a black box merlot, it's fine for box wine, but when we opened it it seemed off. Turns out the best by date is 2019!!! Why did they even have this on the shelf?!??!

Denise, the pharmacist who was helping me with a prescription was very rude and didn’t want to do her job. Customer service got a long way in this field.!

THEE MOST AWFUL CVS EXPERIENCE EVER THANK GOD THE ONLY ONE, AS I'VE HAD NO NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER CVS STORES.1ST HE ASKED ME TO SPELL BOTH MY 1ST & LAST NAME 4 TIMES & THEN COULDN'T FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM AND I'VE BEEN WITH THEM 9 YRS., THEN SENDS ME OVER TO NEXT COUNTER TO SEE FEMALE ASSOCIATE, HAD TO RESPELL MY NAME TWICE, THEN SHE SAYS SHE'LL BE WITH ME IN 1 MINUTE, GOES OVER & STARTS HELPING OTHERS THAT WERE BEHIND ME IN LINE !
COULDN'T EVEN FIND MY PRESCRIPTIONS
(was having them transferred from other CVS to this location) AND SAYS NOTHING IS READY,WHEN I JUST RECEIVED A TEXT FROM OTHER LOCATION THAT THE PRESCRIPTIONS WERE READY FOR PICK UP, THEN SHE FINALLY FINDS TWO,( AND THERE WERE THREE, AND I SAID OK JUST TRANSFER/ FILL THE TWO, SHE SAYS 30 MINUTES WILL BE READY,(ALL OTHER LOCATIONS TYPICALLY TAKE 15-20 MIN)
I COME BACK AFTER 30 MINUTES, SHE SAYS 1 IS FILLED AND OTHER IS IN PROGRESS...( I COULDN'T TAKE ANYMORE SO I JUST ASKED HER TO GIVE ME THE INE THAT WAS FILLED AND THAT I WOULD GET THE OTHERS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION...🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡

Friendly customer service . Someone helped me find what I was looking for without me having to look for someone . I am an old guy who has issues with self checkout and an employee came over and was very helpful as well as courteous , knowledgeable and friendly .

Thanks CVS in Grossmont! Veronica's customer service was above and beyond! It's evident that she loves her job and helping people. Friendly greeting, immunization info and extra care incentive! Perfection!

By far the best commercial pharmacy in the area. I have been to several and the customer service and Associates willingness to help at this pharmacy is unparalleled. They all seem to enjoy their work environment and each other which then transfers to a pleasant experience for the Customer. They even answer their phones!

Worse customer service , technician they don’t do their job to help patient instead my friend he went to pickup my medicine should be ready 3 hours ago but when he got there, they say we are out of stock and they have it at the counter thanks to the Pharmacist she said we do have it what kind of technician she doesn’t know how to do her job plus all that the technician she was chitchatting and she made my friend wait. I just want to say wow, what a customer service.
