Worse customer service , technician they don’t do their job to help patient instead my friend he went to pickup my medicine should be ready 3 hours ago but when he got there, they say we are out of stock and they have it at the counter thanks to the Pharmacist she said we do have it what kind of technician she doesn’t know how to do her job plus all that the technician she was chitchatting and she made my friend wait. I just want to say wow, what a customer service.

It's 950pm on March 5, 2024. The store is closed yet the hours on the door list 10pm. Drug stores were made to stay open late for people like me to run in and grab hair die or something else. Poor customer service

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!! This used to be my pick-up pharmacy due to the convenience of it being next to a post office. I would come get my prescriptions when I had to deliver a package or do something next door. The wait is always ridiculous. The people at the pickup counter will call other folks and let them cut long lines. Why don't they have to wait in lines? It is highly unorganized. At first I thought this was a pandemic issue, but it persisted well beyond the pandemic. I switched to the location on Fletcher and it is night and day! What a difference! Go elsewhere for your Rx, it is miserable here!!!!

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. The eastern European woman is quite rude and dismissive. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.

The worst pm pharmacy stuff. They had me waiting 40 mins to tell me that they won't be helping me with vaccines even when I had an appointment and checked in by someone at the window.

The pharmacy hours aren't the store hours and they don't disclose that to you until you walk up and get scolded by the pharmacist. They have a lack of organization and watch you through out the whole store. Very very weird CVS because I had already disclosed I was there to pick up a prescription, but whatever.

We reviewed other one star comments and agreed with them all especially about the Pharmacy. However, Yelp wanted us to say more. OK, in particular, this location messed up our COVID vaccine appointment made 2 weeks in advance. The Pharmacist blamed it on the CVS computer system for not having the vaccine ready as promised. Later on she said "oh, we have to give it to another customer who made the appointment sooner". Another Pharmacy staff told us to go to Santee location to get the vaccine without checking to see if they even have it. No one care about the time, effort and gas money we have to spend to drive around. "We have the COVID vaccine, come on in!". Shame on CVS false advertisement and their computer system. Shame on the staff who have no emotional intelligence.

Long line for pick up. That was understandable for 6:30pm I guess. Insurance was not on file so I had to wait to have someone else run the insurance. That's fine. I waited patiently for 10 minutes. A pharmacist tried running the insurance and it wasn't being covered. That's okay I'll pay out of pocket and I was asking him about the prescriptions and if was ok to drive taking them and he walked off and told me someone else would ring me up....ok but he never told anyone I needed to be rung up so again I'm standing there waiting. I finally spoke up and asked to be rung up and complained about the other pharmacist being rude and walking off in the middle of my questions. Michelle apologized but hesitated when I asked for his name. She eventually said, Ryan. So I'm here to say that Ryan was rude, and unprofessional because he was too busy or who knows what. I was polite and patient until he left me standing there with no consultation and didn't even communicate with anyone that I still needed to be helped.

5 Big Stars for the Grossmont CVS. This is the only place I've been able to find Pinuad Clubman aftershave lately. They've also got a surprisingly quality selection of salon level shampoos and conditioners.

CVS has literally stole my money. Their self check out system screwed up and someone behind me was able to charge to my card. After 4 WEEKS they still wont give me a refund. Their system screwed up and i am paying for it. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I think the clerk DESTINY is a treasure! She is always pleasant and efficient and ready to help, though she seems to have many duties in many areas. I mentioned that certain unusual eyedrops were out -- and she not only knew of them but of their other location in the store. She rang me up and felt sure that their price was wrong/too high. She was right and the manager confirmed it. That sure left me with a good impression of DESTINY and of this store. Overall, this store is reliably well ordered and supplied -- with the benefit of mail coupons and the coupons on the receipts. Thank you.
