The store is very clean and organized and well stocked. The staff members are very present and engaged with customers coming in and out and those checking out. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

One of the mangers ken I don’t like him he is very rude . I tried talking to him and he ignored me ....... not saying any thing more ,plenty of bad managers in cvs ken takes the top with flying colors and customers here are racist specially white ones like Karen lol by the way the manager Wendy is better and she is pretty

The last several times I've been in line at the RX counter women have cut in front of me after sometimes after a long wait. l have also witnessed hostile exchanges from customers when the same thing happened to other women. The pharmacy techs allow/acknowledge this and have stated "this is not our responsibility to watch the line". This is clearly, a discrimination cultural rude acceptance from some of the pharmacy tech(s) who conveniently look the other way, as importantly, in my personal opinion, I sense there is unwritten encouragement for the favoritism b ehavior. If this is happening to me, how often does this occur? When I have spoken up one tech stated "they are waiters", which is untrue because I've watched carefully, with no mistake. The service is horrible by many of the revolving "employees". As a 35 year customer this is out of control. As a 70 year old women I should not feel upset knowing that I need to pickup prescriptions with a chance of someone cutting in front of me and becoming unpleasant, this is seemingly an accepted standard. I am going to change locations for other reasons as well. We get calls that our RX's are filled and when we go to pick them up they are not ready!!!! The system is unreliable, so how can I feel confident of the services overall. a real hot mess for sure!!! Change to other locations or better yet go to Vons, Costco anywhere but here. This is unfortunate because the longterm pharmacy employees are excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful and have aslo stated "we are aware of the situation".

Pharmacy was still open arrived at 5:54 Ken and Sheeba were more worried about closing up the register than helping anyone else. Literally made eye contact and ignored us for 4 minutes before Finally at 5:58 another lady assisting them came up to the counter to ask if I needed any help, to which I told her I needed a refill. Sheeba said she needed at least 5 minutes to process the refill. And it was already 5:58, so she didn't have enough time. I had surgery 2 days ago. The doctor called in the refill and they were more worried about going on break on time. (I was told to try and pick up tomorrow, as if I could just tell the pain to just go ahead and wait) yes of course, I just won't mind the pain for the next 18 hours. Please CVS pay your employees a few extra minutes if they find themselves needing to actually help someone, or update your business hours to "we actually close 10 minutes before what is advertised because straight up its false advertising. It really begs the question, are they not getting paid or they have to help a customer 3-5 more minutes or does CVS encourage closing earlier than advertised.

Worst pharmacy of all waited in line for 20 minutes for the girl to tell me it's going to be 20-30 mind you prescription was called or emailed at 330 its 5pm and I have to wait, these girls are so rude to elderly people with no compassion they obviously have no direction with even the white coat last getting aggressive with her tone of voice to an elderly man it's pretty sad I'm sure he was waiting for over an hour after his prescription was too already be filled there slow and rude here if you can go somewhere else I'll never come to this location ever again it's the closest to my house which is very upsetting and I think when you get upset and say something they want you to wait even longer I've been waiting for 40 minutes after the 20-30 and I refuse to get in there long line and I don't want them to yell at me as they did the older man. Also if they filled prescriptions as they are sent in to them they probably wouldn't be all over the place and discombobulated because from the outside in that's what it looks like.

Worst pharmacy. I literally prefer to drive to the downtown location than deal with them. They really don’t seem to care at all about providing decent service, and they seem to either lack an understanding of some medication indications and/or the sense of urgency in fulfilling prescriptions that treat critical health conditions. It’s not just inconvenient sometimes; it’s medically irresponsible and dangerous.
