“OMG!!! CATHY IN THE LA MESA BRANCH THAT HELPS WITH LOANS IS AMAZING!!! I went in inquiring about a auto loan, and she was detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and very quick with her processing the loan info. You can actually see her mind working 10 steps ahead of your's dotting the "I's" and crossing the "T's" as your sitting there!!! Conducting business these days can be so grueling and time consuming, everyone just dreads having to do it! That's how I felt, but Cathy helped me maneuver right through the process and got me right out of there. She's a breath of fresh air, and I will continue to come back and referred her to all my friends!!!!”
“Came in the make a deposit, I was helped by Erika who was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to help me change my address and some other banking concerns regarding my sons account. When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. I normally never take the time to go inside but I'm thankful I did and I will do more of tern knowing Navy Federal hires people like Erika! Her customer service truly made my day!
