Great customer service. They took me as a walk in fixed my tire in an hour and was in my way. I think David was the gentleman’s name, him and the mechanic were great. Will return for tire and battery needs.

I had an appointment to get my tires changed at 1pm. I arrived at 12:55pm. No one even helped me until 1:30. Then took well over two hours after that to finish changing my tires. This was my first time - will be going back to Discount Tires as they have you in and out in less than an hour.

Bought tires online. I called to check if my tires had arrived 5 days after purchasing them, and i was told they were available and made an appointment to come in, and waited over 20 min to speak to some one then they tell me that the tires had not arrived and had to come back and make another appointment. 3 days later I get another notification by email that the tires have arrived so I called and made a second appointment, I called 1 hour before my appointment to confirm and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, and there is only one guy working the counter. And still waited over 25 min to be helped at the counter. COSTCO YOU NEED TO FIX THIS

Appt times are not respected. What was supposed to be an hour long appt turned into 3 1/2 hrs just to patch tire. Walk-ins were leaving before my appointment. Used to love the service

Costco tire shop in Carlsbad Ca. replaced my original Toyota tpms after buying new tires from them and now my tpms indicator lights up and does not show my tire pressure.I've replaced my tires once before at another tire shop and never had any problems with my tpms.

Received very bad custom service from "Andy" at tire center . My appointment was at 6 . Didn't get out till 8 . After They finished my car 2 hours later he saw me standing outside the garage waiting for my car to be pulled out , he went worked on another car instead of pulling out my car.

Here's my super boring adult story. I bought 4 tires from Costco about a year ago, this includes the roadside hazard warranty. Standard stuff. So drove to Vegas,caught a nail or something, slow leak, made an apt. Took to costco. They repaired the flat, I drove home. Next morning, a Friday, it was flat. Okay, it happens, I call and whoever I spoke to on the phone says, oh so sorry, can you come down and we will get you right in since you were already here? We dont have any apointments today or next week but we can get you to the front of the line. I say can I come Monday (this was Friday and traffic sucks after work) and he says yes, I have a note on a tire for you in case we need a new one so you'll be good to go either way. Great I say, see you then. I get here today, Monday, they tell me after I relay the message from the employee and what happened, sorry, walk ins are a 3 hour wait by the manager. I assume he's not understanding what one of his employees said so I go to the garage and wave a guy over. I explain what happened again and that a person, yes I should have written down the name but cmon, you have 6 guys here Im sure someone remembers, he explains to me like I'm a little slow, see what happens is if we squeeze you in it pushes everyone back. I end up having to be a karen about it and tell him I would have made an apt if you i hadnt been promosed a fix due to it not being fixed but the guy said just come down. Even with an apt. This place is slow AF. Like maybe they grow the rubber and make the tire, I'm not sure OR it's an opportunity to send folks shopping. My point here, is don't tell a customer on the phone you're sorry the fix didn't work and that you'll make them a priority if you arent going to stand by the promose, just tell them they need a new apt(which is still crappy but at least honest). Not sure if other sites are better but skip the la mesa tire service. Do better costco. Evans tire is just as affordable and better service then hit up costco for the patron and Koren BBQ almonds.

Went there this morning to get my tires rotated, they called me to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the tool size 18 to remove the lug nuts caps and said my lug nuts were a hazard so I went to pick up the car, they called a second time to say they could rotate the tires if I bought new lug nuts, I said I would just take it to a different tire shop. Took it to discount tires and they were able to do it all. Costco employees did not tell me they broke 2 of my lug nuts when I picked up the car. Horrible experience. Don't buy your new tires there.

My experience shopping today was awful. Never in my life have I been through such a demeaning situation. Ken, Kenneth, thank you for such an unpleasant experience. Keep up the racism it will really bring customers coming back!!! Especially being a woman alone with my child in need of a battery obviously to start my vehicle to leave the lot.

Had a flat tire and they really saved my day. Made sure my car was safe, came back next morning to it all fixed. It's nice that they are open daily.Highly recommend. Service was stellar. Thank you!

The tire center at the La Mesa Costco handled our tire replacement and installation needs perfectly. Scheduling was easy, the technicians were businesslike but friendly, the prices was lower than elsewhere, and the work was done well.
