Jason and Greg are amazing I literally called them via phone because I needed to fax over a very important document to EDD unemployment in a timely matter and I was so stressed about getting to the actual location and I didn’t really have the money to pay for printing and faxing but they offered to do it and from the very beginning Jason said he’d take care of it right away and said they would email me an invoice to bill me later but after they confirmed they faxed it he said don’t worry about paying Copy-it back because I am always a loyal customer I am so grateful for the help because of them EDD will expedite my payment within 24 hours they truly just made my day! Excellent service! 5 stars!

I procrastinated on getting birthday invitations printed (big surprise) and when I realized they needed to go out immediately, my usual printer in Lemon Grove was closed. I called around and finally spoke with a gentleman at Copy-It who said because the job was small and also black and white, they could get it done for me that day if I was willing to cut them myself. I happily agreed with gratitude and relief. They even let me use their cutter at the shop for nice, straight lines. I appreciate how accommodating and considerate they were, and will be taking my copy jobs there in the future.

I love this spot. Family owned. The main guy whose name I forget is the son and he crushes. He’s a machine. His brain is always solving hard problems on the fly all day long and dealing with tons of customers and improvising challenges and being super helpful all while being cool and calm. They always HELP me. Like when I have something that ISN’T clearly something they SHOULD do, they go above and beyond and do it. Just good people kicking butt running a good business the right way. As an entrepreneur trying to learn more and more everyday I love asking questions and they never mind chatting with me. Such a huge fan. Love this place!!!

SUCH GREAT SERVICE! These guys helped me make a hard copy of a children's book I wrote with my girls as a Christmas present. Justin talked me through different printing and binding options, did an initial print copy of my attempt to lay out the book on Shutterfly, then re-did the entire layout himself to make it better. He also sent me multiple proof copies until we caught every last typo. Fantastic, responsive, capable service. Truly blown away!

Sometimes, unexpected things come up and you need expedited service. I was SO grateful when Copy-It was able to help me when other print shops just couldn't! Communication was so clear and easy, a quote arrived very quickly, and we were able to start moving right away. Because they have in-house printing capabilities, my mail pieces were available in less than 24 hours! I've worked with Copy It on a few printing projects now and they continue to exceed my expectations.The prices are fair (comparable to what I was paying online print companies), turnaround times are great, and the quality and service are outstanding.They go above and beyond to make sure you'll be happy with your project. Recently, on a more complex job, they took it upon themselves to make a proof and invite me down to the shop to approve it before they moved forward. You don't get that service with the big online vendors!Thanks to Jason, Ken and the rest of the team doing business the right way!

My experience here has been exceptional! I recently moved to Irvine and had to find a different printing service but could not find anything that even remotely compares to the high quality service I had at copy it in La Mesa.Monci and Greg are great. Monci has always gone above and beyond with my projects and takes the extra step to make sure that I will be happy with the final product which I really appreciate. Greg is the sweetest person and will make sure that you leave happy. Both have exceptional customer service skills!I have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!!
